Excellent bungalows, recently opened, so the price and quality are high, they always clean, the only thing you need to ask and give the key, since there is only one key, so you need to warn when you want them to clean! Very modest, but cozy and clean hotel. The location is perfect, quiet and close to the beach. Excellent bed linen, good pillow and mattress. Quiet air conditioning. The only downside is the lack of a refrigerator. However, the owner allows you to cool drinks in his large refrigerator. There are practically no Russians in the hotel, mostly quiet Indian families.

Excellent hotel, full compliance with price and quality, the manager is in touch 24/7, took great care of our stay, they clean every day, the bed linen is clean and towels too. The owner needs to organize foot washing at the entrance to the reception. And also the appearance.

Хорошее расположение - до пляжа 5 минут неспешной прогулки, немного в стороне от дороги, соответственно тихо.
До центральной улицы Палолема 3 минуты кустами.
В номере все что надо есть. Особо хочу отметить - отличная большая кровать с замечательным матрасом.
Но самое отличительное - это владелец! Manjay - спасибо за всё! Можно обращаться по любым вопросам, всегда постарается помочь и пойти навстречу.

Most perfect stay
Excellent stay at Sand Tent beach house.
Coming in from the Uk, We initially booked for 2 nights and then decided to stay for a further 4 nights.
This was due to the outstanding services we received from Manjay and his team.
He went above and beyond for us, offered a laundry service which we used and even took us to the market to get a few bits.
He recommended lots of local places to visit and gave us tips and tricks to get around.
The location of the rooms is around 5 minutes walk to the beach which was perfect for us as it was away from the late night noise. Close to lots of restaurants and cafe, a must is eat next door at Samarth Reshi, great for coffee, breakfast and snacks.
The room itself is very clean, big with an en-suite wash room. Towels and water provided. Great stay, would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!
Thank you again to Manjay and his team for making our stay very special.

Lovely find
Had a lovely stay in January for a week, the room was adequate for our stay, a comfortable bed, tv (if you like to watch tv), a/c and fan a balcony. The room is a bit small but wasn’t a problem the bathroom has hot water and good shower. The beach is a short walk from the accommodation lots of bars and restaurants around. I needed some washing doing when we arrived which Manjay (manager) sorted and was at hand for anything else needed. We liked Palolem and Sand Tent resort so much we’ve already booked to go back in December. Like everywhere around palolem the accommodation is basic but ours was clean, welcoming and quiet.

This place is AMAZING! Location is perfect, at the quieter end of Patnem beach so very peaceful. Mani is the best, always happy and smiling, nothing is too much trouble. Great with local advice and ideas too. The food is delicious, especially the momos - we had lots! The kitchen team are brilliant, kitchen very clean. The huts are brand new and are spotless, aircon, tv, kettle and a little terrace. There is nothing negative to say about Sand Tent at all and I cannot wait to go back again next year.
