This was our second time to stay at Can Auli, and this visit was just as wonderful as the first! The front desk staff, the ladies who prepare breakfast, the chef in the evening, all take such fantastic care of the guests. This trip we were able to use the steam shower/cold shower, which was very welcome after a long day of cycling. The hotel is beautiful, and very serene. We will definitely return for a third visit!

Ein muffiger Geruch aus dem Abfluss der Dusche, wurde mit übermäßigem Gebrauch eines Duftes versucht zu verschleiern. Dieser wurde scheinbar im ganzen Raum versprüht. Nachdem wir darum baten bitte die Bettwäsche zu wechseln, war der Großteil des Parfümduftes verschwunden. Danach hat es eben leider nach Abfluss gerochen, was aber hinnehmbar war. Da die kleinen Fenster im Zimmer nur gekippt werden konnten und nicht ganz geöffnet werden konnten, war es leider die Nacht hindurch sehr stickig und an Schlaf kaum zu denken. Auf die Frage am nächsten Tag, ob eventuell ein anderes Zimmer mit ganz zu öffnenden Fenstern verfügbar ist haben wir leider nie eine Antwort erhalten. Es kann ja sein, dass kein anderes Zimmer frei ist, aber zumindest hätte man Bescheid kriegen können. Einen Tag später beim Auschecken, wurde auch kein Wort mehr darüber verloren. Für ähnliche Preise gibt es wesentlich bessere Hotels auf der Insel, zum Beispiel Cal Reiet oder Es Raco.

Wünsche von der Buchung wurden erfüllt Empfang sowie das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich Sehr saubere Anlage Frühstück überragend abwechslungsreich jeden Tag neue Überraschungen und tolle Eierspeisen nach Wahl da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln

Can Aulí is a beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff and lovely warm interiors. The rooms were spotlessly clean and we enjoyed the small touches that were added to our stay. I would say it could improve on some aspects but perhaps this is because we stayed out of season. Overall we would stay again for a short stay.
