Probably the worst food I have ever paid for ,cheap nasty,poor quality,the pool bar was totally unacceptable,the snacks were left on the serving plates all day ,food hygiene was non existent, don't waste your money going all inclusive,if you must stay there eat out

Air conditioning in the bedrooms is poor and you suffer in the summer. Pool felt crowded, hot and not the cleanest. Food was ok for all inclusive but not good. Service was grumpy. Not able to cater for dietary requirements. Drink offering was terrible. Queue for the bar even for soft drinks, small plastic cups (clean?) which once you got back to your lounger had become warm. Definitely catering for people who will drink beer all day…. AI not good value Took an age to get a taxi into town and the walk back in the heat with a wee one wasn’t ideal…..

We stayed in September 2024 the hotel is ideally located for beach and the town is a flat 20 mins walk.The Hotel Facilities such as the Pool Area were fantastic lots of beds and areas for Children to play,breakfast was good with plenty of choices available.All the staff we met on reception and breakfast were friendly and helpful.We are a middle aged couple who booked on a bed and breakfast basis and did not stay in the hotel in the evening as the entertainment was mostly aimed at the Children quite rightly we did find the bar areas as a weak point at the hotel understaffed and poor quality drinks.

Wonderful family hotel
Lovely hotel that has everything you need for a family break. The staff are amazing!! Kids club was great and the food is brilliant. You can tell everyone really cares. As well as good food the all inclusive covers great local drinks too. Location is perfect for a short walk to the beach (great spot!) or buses to other parts of the island. One complaint/issue. Pillows are awful! Ended up using cushions to get decent sleep. We had a junior suite and views were terrific. Would definitely recommend for a family hotel.

Gammel storhet, hotellet var rent og personalet utmerket. Heisene små og trege, flott uteområde for barn og voksne. Underholdning for barn hver kveld, morsomt og lærerikt.
For meg som syklist, den beste delen, super oppbevaringsrom m låser, verktøy og vaskebås. Vaskemaskin for sykkeltøy. Sykkelutleie m topp utstyr og butikk m nødvendig utstyr. Alt i alt fin opplevelse, men det bor myye folk på dette hotellet.

Really good stay here, food great, with lots of variety and plenty of it , staff very helpful and polite, rooms cleaned every day, spa and gym very good, pools clean and fresh all in all totally enjoy it here good for children too Close to the beach and shops and restaurants
