Centrally located in Pollensa's old town, this accommodation provides comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated rooms with friendly staff. Guests enjoy the fantastic breakfast served in the garden and the pool area.

Charming hotel centrally located in the historic town of Pollenca. Family run guesthouse. It felt more like staying at someone’s home rather than a hotel. Our room was modern, large and comfortable. Nice breakfast included. Beware that the streets in Pollenca are very narrow and it was very challenging trying to drive right up to the hotel to drop off our luggage. There is also no parking right at the hotel. There is a free public lot about a 10 minute walk away and if possible, I would just park there and walk to the hotel.

I recently completed a week-long stay at this hotel and would like to share my impressions, which may help others decide whether this is the right place for them. Positives: • Convenient location with free parking available approximately 450 meters away. • Extremely friendly and helpful staff. • Possibility to have dinner even at a late hour. • A beautiful garden and a parrot that sometimes surprises guests by speaking. • Both breakfasts and dinners were safe for the stomach, with no digestive issues. • Overall cleanliness, quiet and efficient air conditioning, and daily checks of the pool water. Negatives: • One evening we encountered a large cockroach in the bathroom. Although the staff offered us a room change and disinfected our room, there was no guarantee that the issue would not reoccur. As compensation, we were offered a small bottle of champagne and some drinks. • The room booked online may not be the exact one you receive; the photos are for reference only. • Poor value for money: the room furnishings, finishing standard, and food quality did not meet expectations for the price. At this rate, comparable hotels closer to the sea offer buffet meals, larger pools, 24-hour reception, and elevators. • WiFi did not work throughout the apartment – access was only possible on the terrace or in the bedroom. • Dinners were repetitive, usually consisting of a salad, a main meat dish, and ice cream for dessert. The spaghetti with pork and tomato sauce was particularly disappointing due to its lack of flavor, and a “chili con carne” turned out to be simply meatballs in tomato sauce. • Housekeeping was carried out without a vacuum cleaner, leaving sand and hair on the floor. • No elevator to reach our apartment. Conclusion: While my wife truly enjoyed this hotel and we met some wonderful and kind people here, I personally was not satisfied. The shortcomings outweighed the positives for me, and I believe I could have chosen a better option for the same price range.
