We really enjoyed our stay at Hoposa Uyal. For us the location was great, it was on the sea front at the quiet end of town but within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable but would have benefitted from one of two more chairs to put things on.

Wonderful clean hotel! Staff were wonderful. Location was within walking distance to dining, shopping and the pine walk. There is no coffee maker in the room but the instant coffee was pretty good. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

The hotel is centrally located, rooms are beautiful, staff very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Porto Pollensa in Mallorca Spain.

The 8th visit was a disappointment
Back again after 2 years pandemic, for our visit nr 8. We have loved this hotel and environment. But things have changed, not for the better. The former so fabulous buffet dinner, with a variety of local food, was changed to à la carte. Food ok, but kitchen and waiters not trained in coordination and logistics. Looong waiting times, and some very stressed personnel. At times impolite.
We were wrongly charged for dinners, despite having preordered half board.
The pool and patio area has been renovated and improved to pleasant standards. Rooms clean, but need renewal.
Reception personnel very helpful and pleasant.
Port de Pollenca is still a lovely place. Very nice beach.
We had several marvelous bike-rides in the area, with a very well equipped bicycle garage at the hotel.
We will definitely visit Mallorca again, but we will find another hotel next time.

Fantastic Week at The Uyal
My Wife and I enjoyed another fantastic week at the Uyal. From our greeting at Reception to check out, the service was 1st class. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent, with a superb selection, cereals, fruit, breads, pastries, cooked breakfast, everything you could wish for. Our room had a balcony overlooking the beach. The Hotel is within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants in the Town Centre. This hotel is superb 10 out of 10

A wonderful experience. Comfort and quiet location but still near restaurants. Beachfront on a quiet road.
