We tried to have a drink on the terrace during the sunset as the views are spectacular but an employee, who looked like a waiter, did not welcome us in a very appropriate manner. It is not normal that a place of this nature has this type of service, this happened last Friday, October 25th.

Very nice hotel facing the sea. We walked along it and decided to have a drink with that beautiful views, but one of the employees was rather rude and did not let us in. All we wanted was 2 coffees! We did not think this was the proper treatment of customers for a hotel of this category. That was on tuesday 26th, worker seemed as a waiter.

This hotel is NOT a 4 star hotel. The downstairs area, front garden and restaurant area are very nice but the rooms leave a lot to be desired. They are VERY small. I take responsibility for not checking on the room size before making the reservation. The staff made their best efforts to accommodate us. We still left a day early. Will not be back.

The hotel was lovely although the pool area around the back was very unattractive with no atmosphere at all.
The roof terrace had a plunge pool but no sun beds free as the mayor had removed all the sun beds from the beach! Thankfully that was being fixed but after our stay. The rooms were small but functional
The restaurant staff were lovely & loads of choice for breakfast.
The lunch menu slightly disappointing & they couldn’t make a nice salad. Loads of other choices near by.
Would we return? I’m not sure but that’s only because we wished we’d been slightly nearer to the centre.
Super clean everywhere to be fair 👍

Poor customer service. Got charged for an 8 night stay without warning. I am a regular guest at the hotel but this appeared not to be of interest. No communication at all from the hotel. Tried to reason and talk about customer service but the hotel are not interested.

Tout simplement parfait. Du service du personnel au petit déjeuner. La gentillesse du personnel est exquise et la paix que l'on y respire. Nous reviendrons certainement en 2025. La plage se trouve juste en face, et le centre-ville est à 10 minutes de marche.

From the minute we arrived nothing was an issue. All staff were amazing from receptionist, night receptionist, bar staff, catering staff, waitresses and waiters and cleaning staff. We have visited Puerto Pollensa many times and wondered about this hotel have to say only disappointment was were were only there for five nights would have liked another couple of nights so booked to return in 2025 for longer. Breakfast was delicious choices for everyone thank you for a lovely stay

Hotel is in Boho style wat rust uitstraalt en een leuke sfeer heeft. Het terras heeft ligbedden en gave decoratie en palmbomen. Uitzicht op de zee die gescheiden ligt van het hotel door een smalle weg. Kamer was zeer schoon, mooie badkamer en comfortabel bed. Het ontbijt heeft een ruime keuze en is gevarieerd. De service van het personeel was voor uitstekend. Goed op elkaar ingespeeld team bij de receptie, net als bij het restaurant en de bar. Allen aangestuurd door een galante, aardige directeur. Tijdens ons verblijf was er een aantal keren leuke live muziek, voor ieder wat wils. De haven en het centrum liggen op ong 15 min lopen waarbij je langs verschillende restaurants en winkeltjes komt. Dus keuze genoeg om te eten. Het verblijf in dit hotel maakte de vakantie af. Echt een aanrader om nogmaals te verblijven in dit hotel.
