Friendly staff on reception.room was clean with water in the fridge.air con worked fine.Our room was street side so it was quite noisy.Shower was small but sufficient.location is great.5 minutes from main resort or beach.Hotel definately lacks somewhere to sit and enjoy the sun,the beach which looks great is not great if your over 20.A woman on our bus trip broke her ankle(its pebbles bordering on boulders,crammed and hard to get to and from) Thats why the hotel lacks a terrace with sun loungers as theres nowhere to sit in tje sun in polignano.Breakfast was plentiful,staff great.

Não é um hotel para descansar, chegamos exaustos e nos colocaram em um quarto onde a noite havia uma festa, com um som altíssimo, que nos impossibilitou de dormimos. Ao descer para falar com o responsável do hotel, um sr., que mão quis dizer o nome, disse que a “festa”era da diretora do hotel, e que não poderia fazer nada. NÃO RESPEITAM OS HÓSPEDES, PROCUREM OUTRO HOTEL .

Hotel calificado como 5 estrellas, pero no esta a la altura. Es un hotel que lo unkco que rescato es la ubicacion. Antiguo, con algunas habitaciones renovadas. Nos canbiarkn dos veces de habitacion porque no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y asi y todo no funciono en las dos noches que estuvimos. Rescato el desayuno, muy completo.
