La vue de chambre est magnifique, sur la sublime plage de Polignano et ses falaises. Merci à Cosimo pour son très gentil accueil. Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner, en effet on doit aller le prendre dans une sorte de boulangerie où le personnel n'est pas très sympa, et le choix est vraiment limité. Il vaut mieux ne pas réserver le petit déjeuner et le prendre ailleurs sur une terrasse, il y a plein d'endroits charmants ! En dehors de ce détail je recommande ce bel endroit !

Abbiamo soggiornato qui una notte. Tutto magnifico. La stanza con la sua vista direttamente sulla spiaggia "Lama Monachile" era a dir poco mozzafiato! Il sig. Cosimo ci ha inoltre aiutato ad organizzare il tour in barca in maniera impeccabile rendendoil servizio da 10 e lode. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare presso questa struttura!

Room 2 was a lovely room, but if you have any problems walking up or down steep steps unfortunately this would not work for you. Cosimo is very helpful and we had no difficulty using the parking/shuttle he offered ($25 a day). Unlike other B&Bs we stayed in on this trip, he was quick to respond to our WhatsApp messages. Breakfast coupon was for nearby Martinucci and you can order pastries, orange juice, coffee and pucce (sandwich). Lama Monochile is packed, if you want to spend more time on the beach keep walking north and you will find a quieter cove. Antiche Mura is a very good restaurant- be sure to book.

Although the apartment looks superficially glamorous I would never recommend it. We were dropped off at the entrance to the old town and had to walk, it was almost impossible to find. We arrived at about 3 and there was no one there. Finally got in and the room was quite small , just a double bed no chair or table, the balcony was tiny , you couldn’t sit on it. This was an expensive apartment but there were no tissues, only two undrinkable coffee pods per day and no milk, only paper cups and only vouchers for breakfast at a place about couple of minutes walk away which provided coffee and pastry, no fruit or yoghurt etc. in addition to this the access to the apartment was up very steep uneven steps. Also we had constant problems with the key not working which is very unnerving when there is no one on site to solve a problem. The office only seemed to be open in the morning when the cleaners came. I must say though that the apartment was scrupulously clean.

We loved this stay! Incredible view, close to the beach, walking distance inside old town and outside. Shuttle service from parking area. Very communicative via WhatsApp, they were fabulous!

Breathtaking situation
A breathtaking location with lovely views and access to the restaurants and old town.
Great service from Cosimo and his team there.
Quite a few narrow steps - caution for those with dodgy knees like me!

Lieu très bien mais bruyant
Très belle chambre propre et bien placé pour visiter . Très bon accueil avec service de voiturier qui gère un parking privé.
Cependant le lieu est très bruyant car face à Un restaurant qui a fait un concert live jusqu à 1 h du mat le samedi soir. De plus la chambre es t située sur une place où les jeunes se retrouvent pour boire donc bruyant aussi
Donc pas adapté à ceux qui recherche la tranquillité
