We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean, modern and well appointed. The condos are located a very short distance from the hustle and bustle - a 5 min walk on a scenic path by the water. Very safe! Rosanna, our host, was very helpful.

The property is in a good position. You can walk to the center of the town in less than 10 minutes. The room was the perfect size for me, clean, nicely decorated. The bathroom was also spacious and very nice. The host, Rosanna is very friendly and makes herself available to her guests. She also gives you helpful information about Polignane. I recommend it.

2 notti nei pressi del lungomare con camera al 2° piano vista mare in una struttura di nuova costruzione con comodo ascensore, interni curati e con ciò che serve. Camera con balcone spazioso arredato, così come il bagno, aggiungerei qualche gruccia in più. Inoltre insonorizzazione non il massimo ma la zona è lontana dal movida e centro, che comunque è a portata di passeggiata relax senza impegnare l'automobile. Parcheggio tranquillo nella strada sottostante con mezzi a vista. Colazione non prevista fresca ma biscotti, cornetti, succhi e acqua gratuiti. 90€ / notte per il ponte del 1° maggio. Pulizie e rifacimento camera non previste. Host gentile.

Struttura nuova ed accogliente che strizza l'occhio al green. Consta di 4 camere arredate in modo semplice e funzionale, bei colori e bagno grande. Davvero impeccabile la pulizia. Gentilissima ed ospitale Rosanna, la proprietaria che ci ha fatto sentire a casa e dato numerosi consigli su dove/cosa fare. Punto di forza : la vicinanza al centro...5 - 6 minuti a piedi ! Ci ritorneremo!
