The location was great, the pub food was incredible, the pricing of the room was SO REASONABLE, the rooms were clean and spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful. Couldn't be happier. Will most certainly stay here again.

The time we arrived at the hotel is late, we find out the check in reception is at two hotels down the road, so we had to get back in the car driving there to check in, get the room key and drive back. As a driver from Canada which we drive on the opposite side of the road we find it's a little bit of inconvenient, especially in the dark. Other than that the room is very nice and clean.

Recently stayed (July 2024). Check in counter can be found in Mercure Hotel, however, there was no email or sign regarding check in instructions. We had to go and ask from the pub and went back to Mercure which is a bit of a hussle. The room was huge in size but carpets need to be upgraded, it is a bit smelly. Overall, the stay was OK for an overnigth rest.
