A clean, calm hotel in a secluded area. Surrounded by dozens of wineries, the hotel's location is perfect for exploring new and exciting adventures. Extremely friendly staff, beautiful landscape and quiet environment. I would definitely recommend it!

The room floor was not vaccum properly, my friend found a piece of glass on the carpet floor. TV did not work properly, the fly screen door is broken, there was a fly came into my room. The Mill restaurant is not a restaurant that i expect. First, the service was not good, they are too busy with the other customer. Second, food price is so so expensive and food portion was so so small.

Arrived late 9.20pm, Manager Chris stayed back just for us. He was so welcoming and friendly. Room & bathroom was very spacious, high ceilings, excellent cleanliness. Room was warm upon arrival. Beds comfy & cosy. After wine tasting tour, came back to Room, had charcuterie board & sipping wine outside on the balcony overlooking beautiful pond & scenery, smelling incredible fresh air listening to birds & frogs. Dinner at the bar, best arancini ever had, along with amazing burrata, also tuna n pureed goats cheese dishes. Service fantastic. Sat in front of the fireplace. Wonderful experience. Would recommend to anyone.

This is a wonderful place to stay in the Hunter Valley. The property is quite big. The room we had was big and clean and bright. We could sit outside and overlook the beautiful surrounds with a glass of wine. We made use of the swimming pool as it was a warm weekend. Staff at reception were great. The two eateries were fantastic. The Brokenbar Bar and The Mill served good quality and fresh food. The menus are small but sufficient. The staff were excellent. The manager could always be seen talking to patrons and checking everything was OK. Special mention to Katrina who looked after us so well. We can highly recommend this venue and will definitely be back.

We stayed here for a wedding taking place down the road. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and were able to give us some great tips on some places to visit in the area during our free time before the wedding. They even marked it all down on a very handy map. The rooms itself could do with a bit of an update and the shower wasn't great pressure or temperature. However the room was spacious and fitted with everything we needed, including an iron and ironing board. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included in our stay and was great. The bar also had a great atmosphere. Estate Tuscany is easy to travel to and from and a great base to explore the Hunter Valley. Most of all, the setting is just gorgeous with stunning mountains nearby. Great value and would stay here again.

Went to Estate Tuscany for supposedly a lovely breakfast at the Breakfast Room, although we were not staying at the hotel. The waitress refused to allow us a seat in the closed air conditioned room claiming all the available tables (and there were many) were all booked for the hotel guests. BS. We were directed to the open terrace, warm as hell. Had our breakfast there and noticed the few guests sitting inside leaving as they finished eating and hardly no one came in to the cooler room. At the same time, almost 10am, the waitress was cleaning the tables and preparing them for the next meal (lunch, probably). So, we had come a long way to have a lovely experience, but we were denied a table in the better cooler room at 9h10am because, in fact, the waitress was more concerned on having the room clean instead of providing us a good service. And as a result of that, we had to bear a terribly warm terrace while the inside room was plenty of available tables. Deeply regret having gone to the Breakfast Room at Estate Tuscany. Avoid it!

Very disappointed. Room had pet hair throughout. It was very dated. Needed a lot of maintenance. Cracks in walls. Old scratched furniture. Uncomfortable beds. Very dirty unkept. Restaurant at premises was great though.

We recently held a conference and team building event over Hunter Valley Estate & Estate Tuscany. Both venues are situated only a short walk over the road from one another, in the beautiful Hunter Valley. Due to the number of attendees, we held accommodation over both venues, and their willingness to work with each other made everything come together seamlessly. Our group had the opportunity to dine at both venues and cannot recommend their teams and food highly enough. Great value and service was fault-less.

We stayed one night and this was perfect for our needs. The room is very pretty and clean. The staff at reception were lovely and the check in/out process was very easy. There was plenty of parking onsite also

This is a plesant motel style resort. A little out of the way but well positioned if you plan is to try out the many cellar doors arounr Pokolbin and beyond. The rooms are a comfortable size with parking directly out the front of the unit. There is also with a small private courtyard with wonderful views looking out over the vineyards, enhanced by the wonderful Broken Back Range in the background, along with the occassional grazing and passing (hopping) through of the local Kangaroo population. Est., Tuscany is also pet friendly, which is a bonus to those who like to bring their fur baby along for the experience. The reception staff are most welcoming and a good source of information regarding tourist activities if you are unfamiliar with the area. The on site Mill Restaurant offers a great dining choice and is open daily for breakfast, but only Wednesday to Sunday for dinner.

My husband and I just recently celebrated our Anniversary in the Hunter Valley and stayed at Estate Tuscany. The staff were so helpful and accommodating, we felt very well looked after during our time there. The Mill Restaurant was absolutely scrumptious, I have literally dreamt of those scallops since having them!! Hands down a really beautiful dining experience and the Chef even wrote us a little Anniversary note with our dessert! The service was outstanding, Krish was so on point, he didn't miss a beat! The friendly reservations team were very informative and lent a helping hand at any time necessary. The room was quite spacious, very comfy bed and had a beautiful outlook over the Olive Grove trees and surrounding bushland it was very tranquil and relaxing. We had a wonderful time, thank you so much to everyone at Estate Tuscany for making our stay so enjoyable, we look forward to coming back again soon!!

The highlight for me was the kangaroos! They were so close and an abundance of wildlife - galahs, ducks, etc. right in front of the room. Absolutely magical! The location of the hotel is great. Close to many great wineries, farmers markets, chocolate factory,.. The lady at reception was great too and had many helpful tips for wineries. The room itself is a bit dated, although the bed was comfortable.

This is a very nice motel with wonderful views over the vineyards. A little out of the way but well worth it. The rooms are a good size with parking directly out the front of the unit. A good size bathroom and a large main room with two comfortable chairs. There is also with a small private balcony looking over the fields. The room has a small fridge/mini bar. Only negative was the smell of dog in the room, which was terrible. Management said that this was not a pet allowed room, but obviously someone had snuck one in.
