It is badly operated and managed property where the basic facility and cleanliness is not available. Linen, food, free b’fast for bizarre- i can go on n on.

Nice hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful, every facilities was given, good ambience and location wise also great with beautiful view, neat and clean, free wifi, hairdryer, toothbrush with paste was availaible, even they booked us bus to kathmandu from pokhara without any commission while most of the hotel take commission for booking the tickets else you have to do it by yourself
