Great location, close to the lake and shopping areas. Very friendly staff. And good food. I stayed here both before and after my trekking. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, with great views. I had beautiful views of the lake, and the views from the rooftop were fantastic.

Kind and good price hotel
Very close to phewa lake.
So kind of staffs in front desk.
Simple and clean breakfast
(Nearby club bar so little noisy by 12:00am)
One of staffs told me that my payment was not approved. But I already paid online and got credit
card approval number. So I explained about that.
Staffs heard politely and tried to solve this matter.
Finally they admitted system error and gave us
scarf as an apology.
We said goodbye with smile.
Good memory of beautiful pokhara and kind people.

Stayed here for a nearly a week and nothing short of excellent service! Happy to have been served by Mr Santosh & Mr Bupendra along with hotel staff Sandesh and Amisha who were very pleasant and catered to my stay. Good array of breakfast buffet on each day. And it was really lovely to be welcomed back to Nepal once more! Will come back again

The facility is modern and up-to-date. Within a block or two of several excellent restaurants (in addition to the very good dining on site). The staff is friendly and accommodating. In particular we want to acknowledge Amisha at the front desk and Swide in the dining area. And one of the managers, Rajendra, gave us a lot of his time and told us a great deal about the religious culture. We definitely recommend the hotel - it is located on street 16B just off the main road that parallels the lake.

If you are planning on going to Pokhara Hotel Chino is the place to be. The location is perfectly fitted at lakeside with the beautiful view of the lake and very much accessible to everything in and around Lakeside. The food is very good to be precise I love the breakfast they serve . I'd like to mention the staff that catered to us were very courteous and comforting 24/7 they always welcomed us with a big smile. And I'd like to especially thank the receptionists Miss Dakshina Gurung for her hospitality as she was of great help to us, thanks to her help that our stay was evermore comfortable.

The hotel was very clean and the reception staff were very nice. The hotel manager Sweety was very nice and helpful. The view of the hotel was amazing. I highly recommend staying at this hotel in addition to the delicious breakfast and the price of the hotel is very reasonable. Thank you.

It is Family friendly.. The staffs are warm, they greet you every time they get to see you.. It is at he heart of the lakeside, convenient to go anywhere you want to hang around or do dinner shopping. Had a perfect stay overall and can be recommended to every kind of visitors.
