Appeler cela un lodge est présomptueux ! C'est plutôt un dortoir, sale et mal entretenu Nous étions dans le grand bâtiment et non dans une cabane individuelle, les chambres sont vieilles et moches, sans entretien, sans insonorisation. Nous entendons les conversation des autres chambres Aucun confort Le restaurant est dans le même état, c'est un buffet ou vous êtes servi en petite quantité et si vous en voulez plus, c'est niet. Le dessert sevi à table est avalé en 3 cuillères à café ! L'emplacement est superbe, au milieu de la jungle mais cela n'excuse en rien la qualité déplorable de cet établissement, il est entouré de concurrents nettement supérieur A fuire !

Tortuguero fue nuestra primera parada en Costa Rica, y dimos de casualidad con La Rana Roja. Y qué suerte! El hotel está ubicado en las orillas del canal que lleva al pueblo de tortuguero (al que se accede en bote) y se adentra en la selva, pudiendo ver pequeñas ranas rojas y otros animales por todas partes! Para los amantes de la naturaleza es el lodge perfecto. Y lo que lo hace aún más especial es su director, Gerardo, que nos hizo sentir como en casa, nos dió consejos para seguir nuestro viaje de la manera más real con la cultura posible y nos recomendó un estupendo guía, Alexis, con más de 25 años de experiencia con el cual visitamos los canales del parque nacional y un tour de la fauna nocturna impresionante. Además, el hotel ofrece un desayuno típico de Gallo pinto y fruta fresca preparado al momento por el personal. Lo recomendamos sin duda! María y Jose Luis

Schitterende locatie met veel dieren. Zwembad perfect voor onze kleine. Mooi in de jungle en veel apen, rode kikkers ara's en toecans gezien. Dichtbij park en dorpje met de watertaxi

O local é incrível, no meio da natureza. Mas o quarto era muito antigo, sem janelas (só uma tela e cortinas). Com a forte chuva, o frio e a umidade tomaram conta do quarto. O chuveiro não estava legal. O atendimento foi muito bom.
