Great location in Central Plymouth. The room was a decent size and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I have to admit, I wish I had used Leonardo's Hotels in the past, when I had the option to. But now I can't help but feel the regret of not discovering their chains earlier enough. Anyway, that's by the by, but to say the hotel exceeded exceeded my expectations is an understatement. I mean, a part from the usual basic needs, the tea, the coffee, the milk for crying out loud, there were abundance of those. I was honestly extremely happy to see that given my stay was only for a day, that amount of supply was left to my disposal. I have stayed at branded chains who can't even get the basic right let alone go above and beyond. Other key touches, the selection of pillows left on the bed, unlike some places where you have to make do with a rough night sleep if the pillow available does not suit your need, I had no such issue with Leonardo. The pillows were there, scattered on top of the bed, I found one that was comfortable and slept with no complaints. This is extra brownie points territory, Leonardo! To conclude, will I stay at Leonardo again? Of course! At the time of booking, I only expected one thing: to stay for the night. But didn't expect the little touches to out exceed what I originally intended stay here for. Wish I could stay for longer, thanks Leonardo Hotel, Plymouth!

Great location in the centre, very lovely staff, rooms are large and practical, beds and desk chairs super comfy. I liked the free fruit, nice touch. The only thing I was missing was a fridge in the room but reception were helpful to keep things in their fridge.

The room was great made up daily with new towels. 2 key cards provided. Didn't book breakfast initially and was offered for £10pp if booked the night before so we took advantage of this. A few minutes walk from the harbour and barbican so nice and close but far enough not to be disturbed by noise. Would stay here again.

Very comfortable stay here! The staff were also very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was good and hearty. It was a convenient location for me since it’s close to the university.

Great stay here. The hotel is right in the Centre of the city and near shopping area. Very convenient and highly recommend. Lovely breakfast too

Not the best Leonardo I’ve been to, it could definitely be better and their amenities are overused

The service is very enthusiastic, but it is very much in line with the characteristics of a traditional British hotel, with no toiletries or slippers. The hotel is located in the city center, very close to the British resort of St Ives in Cornwall, which can be reached by train in about two hours. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the station. It is recommended that you ask the front desk to give you a higher floor when you check in. The ground floor is a bar, and it may be a bit noisy in the first half of the night for people who are used to going to bed early. Breakfast is a traditional English breakfast, with fried eggs, scrambled eggs, fried tomatoes, bacon, toast, whole wheat bread, butter, various seasonal fruits, various juices, coffee, and English morning tea. It is cheaper to buy breakfast after entering the store. The breakfast buffet is 10 pounds a day.
