The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are OK, and the rooms are relatively large. There is parking space, and it is free. The breakfast is very good and the environment is beautiful. The service is very good and the room is clean and hygienic.

nice and cosy , situated above the old town. close to anything worth visiting. V ery quiet at night, room spatious and bright. rich and varied breakfast offer. been there twice and definetely coming back.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights. It is our favorite hotel we have stayed in this month long trip in the Balkans. Great location near sights, restaurants, and the pedestrian street. Our room was on the ground floor as requested and was very spacious and quiet. Nicely furnished. Happy to be able to open windows too for fresh air. Bath is modern. The open shower takes a few minutes to wipe up after shower but no big deal. Breakfast tasty. Everything clean. Staff welcoming. Highly recommend. Only suggestion— replenish free water each day. But we read tap water is fine and we used it. There is a refrigerator stocked and a kettle in the room. We lived Plovdiv! More Americans need to come.
