I recently stayed at St. Giles Level 23 and was disappointed with the state of my room. Upon arrival, it was clear that the room had not been cleaned properly. The floors had dust and debris, and there were noticeable stains on the furniture.
Additionally, the room had an unpleasant odor that made it difficult to relax. The worst part was waking up with bites on my skin, likely from something in the bed.
I expected much better hygiene and comfort from this hotel, and I hope they can improve their housekeeping standards and take these issues seriously to prevent them for future guests.

Pros: . The room is clean except the toilet got some stain on floor. Did provide breakfast and the foods are variety. The staff are friendly espeically housekeeper. Midvalley is just below the hotel and is very convenient. Will consider to stay again if the price cheap and reasonable.
Cons: Tv channel is very limited. Location got a bit distance to jb central or other places.

We've booked multiple stays at this hotel. Really love the cleanliness & friendly staff thr. Very convenient as its connected to the mid valley southkey shopping centre.

Great location with mall.. a nightmare going to the entrance of the hotel was in the car for 2hours just trying to get to the hotel. Should have locate a better way to get to hotel directly. Bad infrastructure..
