On arrival very friendly reception staff and a warm welcome . We had a junior suite which was perfect for me and my wife ! 3rd floor room 315 . Room cleaned everyday . Breakfast was fresh with a wide variety and served 8am to 12pm which was perfect for us .

Was excellent.clean modern.staff friendly.in good location.breakfast good variety.cleaned every day . lovely areas to relax.only 4 stars but in my opinion is a 5 star .the only complaint I could think of is and I'm struggling but breakfast plates need be warmed up

We are just back from another excellent stay at Gold. Having visited before, we were very happy to find the hotel exactly as we remembered it! The Hotel & staff really are doing everything right, the rooms, the vibe, the pool area and the food & drink are all great. We particularly enjoyed the fact breakfast is served from 0800 to midday (which is great for those who are late risers). There are only 3 minor points I would recommend for improvement... (1) The main pool could be heated more but is not essential as still used it. (2) A small blackout curtain/blind for the window above the front door to the room would be great, to save having to close all of the internal doors in the hotel room (for those who like to sleep in darkness without having the sun coming in the morning). (3) An iron would be beneficial in each room rather than on request.

Another brilliant stay. 3rd time visiting this hotel and it didn't disappoint. Noticeably busier than last year, so clearly word is getting around how good this place is. Despite more guests my stay was not compromised. The staff really enhance the place, making everyone feel very welcome and looked after. One tiny quibble is the fresh cooking station at breakfast often had long queues at peak times. Not a criticism of the chefs, and certainly not a deal breaker, but I think there is room for improvement.

Wir waren mit dem Hotel rundum zufrieden. Beim Frühstück kann man sich verschiedene Eierspeisen nach Wunsch zubereiten lassen, sowie Pancakes und Waffeln. Beim Frühstücksbuffet ist vor allem die Maschine für frisch gepressten Orangensaft als großer Bonus hervorzuheben. Auch die Rezeption ist bei Fragen behilflich und hat tolle Restauranttipps parat. Um das Hotel herum findet man auch leicht einen Parkplatz. Mit der Sauberkeit des Hotels waren wir ebenfalls zufrieden. Die Poolanlage wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt. Am Abreisetag wurde uns nach dem Check-out ein Zimmer zum Frischmachen bereitgestellt.

L’hôtel est proche, accessible et confortable. Le petit bémol serait la lumière au petit matin qui donne sur la salle de bain, avec l’ouverture sur la chambre, le renouvellement du buffet (sur un long séjour assez redondant) et le ménage en chambre parfois fait très tard et l’absence de bouteille d’eau tout au long du séjour.
