Conveniently situated near the beach, with easy access to amenities, local bars, and entertainment. Good value for the price with reasonable stays and decent service. Guests praised the variety and freshness of breakfast options.

A cozy place Very friendly staff You could see the boys putting up many apartments. The store inside HAS EVERYTHING and very good prices The excellent mini bar, the girl who serves and the prices Very happy. Maybe the price is too high for a complex with so many people

Twijfelachtige schoonmaak. Ontbijt was prima.

What on earth did I stay at!! Loud Irish bar, ongoing building works, this place is a shambles!! Do you self a favour and don’t stay here Food was absolutely disgusting, raw PASTA! The locals who live in the “hotel” smoke around the pools, which is so very selfish. Save your sole, don’t stay here The Irish bar(s) across the road are noisy until 2am in the morning, I ended up sleeping on the sofa with the balcony doors open with the fan I had to rent for 15 euros To summarise, only stay here if you like horrible food, selfish locals, loud bars, raw pasta and NO sleep Please listen to this review, and don’t make the mistake I made DONT STAY HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT

Mixed Stay at Ura Jardín del Atlántico Hotel, Gran Canaria I recently stayed at Ura Jardín del Atlántico, and while there were some positives, the overall experience left much to be desired. Room Quality The rooms themselves are spacious, which is a plus, but they come without air conditioning—a surprising omission given the high temperatures. To make matters worse, the hotel charges for a fan, which felt unreasonable. Although the cleaning was regular, the standards weren’t great. I kept finding long dark hairs around the room, which, as a bald man, I can confidently say weren’t mine. Additionally, the beds are singles and don’t match properly, so creating a functional double bed was impossible. Restaurant & Food The food was generally okay, but nothing special. While most of it was edible, the lack of proper labeling was frustrating; some dishes were missing signs altogether, which made meal choices difficult. The real highlight here was the restaurant staff, who were incredibly hardworking and went above and beyond to provide good service despite the circumstances. Location The hotel is fairly well located, about a 10-minute walk from the Yumbo Centre and 15 minutes from the beach. There are plenty of shops nearby, which is convenient for guests. Facilities & Maintenance Unfortunately, maintenance work was ongoing during my stay, and the constant drilling and noise were unbearable. It was impossible to enjoy a quiet moment, let alone a lie-in, as the noise began early in the morning. This significantly detracted from the overall experience. Service & Check-In/Out The front desk experience was also disappointing. They request a €50 deposit upon check-in but were unable to clearly explain what it was for, leaving me uncertain whether I’d get it back until the day of checkout. As for a late checkout, when I inquired, the response was almost dismissive, with no flexibility at all. Conclusion While the location is good and the restaurant staff were fantastic, the lack of basic amenities (like air conditioning), the noise from maintenance, and poor communication regarding deposits and check-out policies made for a less-than-pleasant stay. It’s a budget-friendly option, but I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you’re after comfort and a more relaxing holiday.

Rooms were not serviced daily. Pool was freezing. Located right next to busy bars, which made it almost impossible to sleep before 2am. No AC in the room. Had to pay extra if you wanted the privilege of using the gym. Fittings and quality was generally bad, but somewhat aesthetically pleasing. Would not recommend for families at all because of these reasons.

I have just come back yesterday, went with my daughter and a friend of mine and my daughter loved it room was fine, self catering option is very limited but i would defo recommend to go for the deluxe apartment as i think it was nice! There isn't really any entertainment at this hotel so I would say if you like entertainment this probably isnt suitable for you, also only met a few people as people seem to keep themselves to themselves. Unsure why i had to give them 50 euros which i did get back on departure but not sure of the purpose. i would recommend and isnt in a busy area at all so okay for families I would say.

First of all I’m not one to let a few bad reviews ruin a holiday before I’ve been there, and me and my girlfriend knew it wasn’t going to be 5*, so here goes. Credit where it’s due, the hotel was clean, along with the rooms, which alongside were spacious enough for us to use. The staff also left a sandwich, fruits and a bottle of water for us as we arrived left completely free which is more than enough and was appreciated. It was easy to check in and out and the staff were welcoming. Food was alright too, I’m not a fussy eater and will eat most if not all cuisines but the food was very ‘samey’ each day, I get they can’t cater to each guests needs individually but some variety wouldn’t have gone amiss. There’s 4 pools too including the children’s one so there’s plenty chance for a swim and always sun-beds available with an umbrella and/or table with a pool bar outside the one pool. However, we were told we had to pay a €50 deposit on arrival which we weren’t told about but it was noted on the Loveholidays app so fair is fair. There’s also no air conditioning in the rooms, just the main reception. You can hire a fan for the room for a €15 deposit and then €2 a day, which will rack up quickly if you’re there a while. There are 4 Irish bars outside the main entrance of the hotel which are ridiculously loud up until 3/4AM so good luck if you’re a light sleeper or have young children. Of course you could close the windows but that’s no use as the noise remains just as loud, plus closing the doors and windows turns the room into a sweatbox so that’s a no go. Some food and drinks also aren’t included in the ‘all inclusive bracket’ so I’d keep an eye on that. If you have a late flight back too, there’s a €30 extra fee to pay if you’d like to keep the room till 6pm if available, otherwise prepare to shower by the pool. Also you have to ask the night before to check if your room is free but we were met with a simple ‘no’ and laughter from the receptionist. The cleaners also broke an aftershave of mine that wasn’t cheap and didn’t own up to it or anything. I understand accidents happen but some accountability would have been nice instead of being told there’s nothing they can do about it as there’s no cameras to prove they did it. All in all, it was a decent holiday but the above negatives left a sour taste making us not want to return.

Having read all the negative reviews I went with an open mind and told the children to expect the worse and it can only improve on that! For the price I think it was good value. Having been to 5* AI, mainly in Turkey over the past 15 years I was fully aware that it wouldn’t be like that. It was noisy but I expected it to be, also aware that there was no air Con so hired a unit which arrived when we did. Always found something to eat and I don’t eat meat. My son said the meat was one of the best he had eaten on holiday, particularly the sticky beef. Never had to worry about getting a sunbed so could actually take time in morning. We would come back if we could get another bargain.
