A cozy place Very friendly staff You could see the boys putting up many apartments. The store inside HAS EVERYTHING and very good prices The excellent mini bar, the girl who serves and the prices Very happy. Maybe the price is too high for a complex with so many people

First of all I’m not one to let a few bad reviews ruin a holiday before I’ve been there, and me and my girlfriend knew it wasn’t going to be 5*, so here goes. Credit where it’s due, the hotel was clean, along with the rooms, which alongside were spacious enough for us to use. The staff also left a sandwich, fruits and a bottle of water for us as we arrived left completely free which is more than enough and was appreciated. It was easy to check in and out and the staff were welcoming. Food was alright too, I’m not a fussy eater and will eat most if not all cuisines but the food was very ‘samey’ each day, I get they can’t cater to each guests needs individually but some variety wouldn’t have gone amiss. There’s 4 pools too including the children’s one so there’s plenty chance for a swim and always sun-beds available with an umbrella and/or table with a pool bar outside the one pool. However, we were told we had to pay a €50 deposit on arrival which we weren’t told about but it was noted on the Loveholidays app so fair is fair. There’s also no air conditioning in the rooms, just the main reception. You can hire a fan for the room for a €15 deposit and then €2 a day, which will rack up quickly if you’re there a while. There are 4 Irish bars outside the main entrance of the hotel which are ridiculously loud up until 3/4AM so good luck if you’re a light sleeper or have young children. Of course you could close the windows but that’s no use as the noise remains just as loud, plus closing the doors and windows turns the room into a sweatbox so that’s a no go. Some food and drinks also aren’t included in the ‘all inclusive bracket’ so I’d keep an eye on that. If you have a late flight back too, there’s a €30 extra fee to pay if you’d like to keep the room till 6pm if available, otherwise prepare to shower by the pool. Also you have to ask the night before to check if your room is free but we were met with a simple ‘no’ and laughter from the receptionist. The cleaners also broke an aftershave of mine that wasn’t cheap and didn’t own up to it or anything. I understand accidents happen but some accountability would have been nice instead of being told there’s nothing they can do about it as there’s no cameras to prove they did it. All in all, it was a decent holiday but the above negatives left a sour taste making us not want to return.

Having read all the negative reviews I went with an open mind and told the children to expect the worse and it can only improve on that! For the price I think it was good value. Having been to 5* AI, mainly in Turkey over the past 15 years I was fully aware that it wouldn’t be like that. It was noisy but I expected it to be, also aware that there was no air Con so hired a unit which arrived when we did. Always found something to eat and I don’t eat meat. My son said the meat was one of the best he had eaten on holiday, particularly the sticky beef. Never had to worry about getting a sunbed so could actually take time in morning. We would come back if we could get another bargain.

People put out cigarettes in the pool. Night life is wack. Would have to pay me to come back. Hshzjsnsjzjzjzznnzznznznznznznznznnzznznznjzjsjzjszjzjjzzkmzjzkzkzkzzkzkzozkzkzkzjsjsjsjzjsjsjsjsjsjsjsjsjdjdjdjdjdjdjddjjjdjd

Brilliant for the price don't listen to all the bad reviews. My girlfriend and 2 young children are on our last day here The hotel was under a huge renovation. Food is good with plenty of times to eat Staff are friendly and drinks are not watered down. Only downfall for me would be the management of sun loungers particularly at the KIDS pool that just opened durning our stay. Not a single person in them being reserved by people with no children who come for one hour a day I have attached a picture showing this. Other than that great hotel definitely living up to its new 4* credentials Other than that the hotel was great

Where do I start, rattly Aircon in the lobby?Non existent Aircon in the rooms? The noisy Irish bar. The terrible food? The unconfident beds? Honestly a “hotel” from hell!! If you value your sleep, don’t stay here. You will not get any sleep, as the hotel room is opposite an Irish karaoke bar. It doesn’t stop until 3 in the morning. The beds are so lumpy and horrible. I ended up sleeping on the sofa, in the living room with the balcony doors open, with the fan I had to RENT off the hotel. Absolutely shocking. YOU EVEN HAVE TO PAY FOR WIFI, AND A €50 DEPOSIT FOR EACH ROOM! The food was absolutely horrible. Most nights I went to McDonald’s. One of the The pools was still closed for refurbishment in mid July, there were not enough sun beds to go round. The hotel has permanent residents, who will chill around the pool, and smoke all day. Which is very rude. The only good bit was the gym, and the absolutely lovely cleaner. Please don’t stay here if you value your dignity, stomach and sleep . Pay the extra and book somewhere nice

The pillows are so comfy….i need them at home…. The staff are incredible and always ready to help! Food is a bit meh but always simple options; pizza, chips and nuggets. Loudish bar opposite, but earplugs were my best friend: deffo recommend. Nice easy walk to beach and fairly close to airport. Would recommend bringing own shampoo and conditioner as theirs smell like orange…. Not my cup of tea

We stayed here last year and it was absolutely shocking, the apartment furniture had cigarette burns all over it, gods knows why you have to pay a holding deposit. The pools where dirty and the ladder to go in and out the pool was hanging off the wall of the pool so very dangerous. The staff are rude and very unhelpful. The food is cold and tasteless. Came home and complained to Tui as the photos on there site are nothing much like the actual place, think the photos are from back when the place first opened. This hotel caters more for the Spanish than tourists.
