Stayed here with my husband and I cant complement it enough, we were on the 3rd floor, appartment was spacious and airy, had a good kitchen for self catering, only small thing is if fridge door opened at other side of the appliance as it was hard to get to with the breakfast bar, thats a minor detail I liked the complimentary bottle of water! Staff were lovely from reception to the housekeepers! Wouldve been great to have a proper double bed but I havnt stayed anywhere in the Canaries where you get one so its probably just a thing there! I can highly reccomend, we stayed 9 nights The gym is small but has whats needed the pool is lovely and the spa is great had lovely massage! Hoping to come back and bring family, not all in one appartment but maybe book a couple Highly reccommend!

Parempi kuin uskalsin odottaa
Hintaansa nähden ihan hyvä kokemus. Sijainti erittäin hyvä, rauhallinen lähellä rantaa, ei liikenteen melua eikä ääniä baareista. Parvekkeen sivusta näki merelle.
Pyysin aurinkoista huonetta ja sain - se on mielestäni välttämättömyys tässä hotellissa.
Ei ilmastointia, mutta tammikuussa pystyi pitämään parvekkeen oven auki. Makuuhuone tilava, hyvä sänky ja vuodevaatteet. Runsaasti säilytystilaa! Olohuoneen kalustus on tasoa perus - lukulampun sohvan nurkassa olisi hyvä lisä. Muutenkin viihtyvyyttä saisi lisättyä pienellä. Mutta toimi näinkin. TV pienehkö - ei saanut liitettyä kaapelia, jolla olisi nähnyt läppärin kuvan. Hyvä wifi!!
Kuntosalia käytin kerran, vähän välineitä, mutta kiva lisä, ei muita asiakkaita. Saunassa en käynyt, vaikka olisi sisältynyt hintaan. Ulkoaltaalla ja ylimmän kerroksen aurinkoterassilla oli hyvin tilaa.
Keittiön varusteet aika minimaaliset, on esim. paistinpannu, mutta ei paistolastaa. Suolasta alkaen kaikki piti tuoda mukanaan. Yksin matkustava tuli kuitenkin toimeen; kahvinkeitin oli ja se toimi - muista tuoda suodatinpapereita. Lähikaupasta sai - ja kauppa on lähellä. Kaupan vieressä leipomon myymälä, josta hain aamulla tuoreet leivät ja leivonnaiset.

Wir sind schon mehrfach hier gewesen, immer Studio 4. Etage. Das große Studio, großes Bad mit reichlich Ablagefläche und die Lage sind für uns ausschlaggebend. Kommt langsam in die Jahre nach der letzten Renovierung, aber die Matratzen wurden bereits getauscht und sind prima. Kühlschrank war diesmal extrem laut, wurde aber unverzüglich ausgetauscht. Service ist super. Wir buchen immer ohne Verpflegung und frühstücken nur gelegentlich dort. Sind im Mai wieder dort

Stayed here for the new year the hotel is lovely and the reception staff and cleaners are helpful and pleasant. Great location for the beach and yumbo centre lovely comfortable beds on new years eve a Happy new year card and bottle of fizzy wine delivered to every room what a lovely touch just one little niggle need to invest with some new towels a little thread bear we will be back.

Lovely hotel with spacious and well equipped accommodation in quiet location. Easy walking distance to two local supermarkets and bakery cafe. With guests from all over Europe it felt like being on the continent instead of in Little Britain.

Our key card didn’t work most of the time and it was a nuisance. The lady at the reception desk at 12pm on 14/12/24 was very rude. She had a very poor attitude to her job and had no interest in her customers at all. She needs training. The girl who was there at 4pm when we ordered our taxi to the airport was pleasant and had a smile on her face which makes such a difference. Apartment was lovely and cleaning staff were very nice and friendly and also helpful
