Buen servicio y actitud de los anfitriones el lugar es limpio y seguro el desayuno siempre lo tienen listo a la hora que tú les indiques . El lugar es tranquilo ideal para descansar y pasar y momento de relajación . Las habitaciones están muy cómodas

SUPER, nuestra estancia fué súper cómoda, una estancia amplia con todo lo necesario, camas para descansar. Todo lo anterior dentro de una casa muy bien atendida y de atracciones de Playa del Carmen en una colonia tranquila y segura. Definitivamente recomendable

Las camas son muy cómodas y la habitación es muy amplia. Los anfitriones son locales y dan recomendaciones muy adok a lo que buscas porque conocen muy bien. Son atentos y en realidad es agradable que el hotel está en una zona tranquila donde se puede descansar perfectamente sin el ruido de la quinta.

Perfectamente localizado en Playa del Carmen. No más de 10 minutos de la playa y del centro pero sin todo el bullicio de la ciudad. Muy tranquilo para quienes desean relajarse después de un día de turismo. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y limpias y también seguras. Nosotros decidimos incluir el desayuno. Muy bueno y hecho fresco por la mañana con la comodidad de escoger la hora. Los anfitriones siempre estuvieron al pendiente de nuestras necesidades, son muy amables y dan muy buenas recomendaciones de donde visitar, he incluso ofrecen descuentos para ciertos lugares. Sin duda hicieron que nuestra estadía fuera mucho más agradable. Si tienen en mente rentar coche, pidan información con ellos. Nosotros rentamos coche por fuera y fue muy mala experiencia (la batería dejo de servir). Ellos con muy corto aviso nos rentaron su auto por un día a un precio muy razonable. Sin duda nos hospedaríamos aquí de nuevo cuando visitemos la rivera.

Casa GEM es un lugar maravilloso, muy limpio y coqueto que te hará sentir cómodo en todo momento. Pero sobre todo, lo que añade valor añadido, es el servicio siempre amable de los gerentes que están siempre atentos de facilitarte cualquier tipo de ayuda ya sea estar disponible como concertar cualquier tipo de servicio adicional. No tenemos duda que de volver a Playa del Carmen será a este lugar, 100% recomendable!

We could not have been happier with this lovely bed and breakfast! The value was AMAZING!!! The made to order breakfast was AWESOME!!!! Yum!!! (6 entree options — pancakes , Belgium waffles, scrambled eggs or an omelet made to order, chilaquiles, 3 cheese molletes, or ham and cheese sandwich). The hosts were SPECTACULAR!!!!!! The beds were comfortable and the rooms and common areas were v clean!!! The hosts even provide two FREE rides a day! They brought us shopping and to restaurants!!! They accommodated every request - extra blanket , towel , etc. If you want to meet the kindest, sweetest young family and have a comfortable, quiet place to stay at an unbelievable value , look no more. This is your place!!! It’s very small but it certainly lives up to its name. It is a hidden gem!!! Just thinking of the hosts makes me smile. As an added bonus while you enjoy sunshine in the courtyard the tiniest , sweetest cat (Cherry) might let you pet her. Her purr melted my heart. I can’t imagine a better value exists in the area
