Very new and clean hotel. Very friendly staff especially at reception. Very complete breakfast. Every day they have different activities. The apartment is very big and clean. It has a small kitchen with all the utensils.

Only stayed for a few days, but totally enjoyed the time we had here, especially the Sun terrece with the spa bath was utterly to die for sitting up there was very private and good to relax on, thank you too all of the staff whom made us feel very welcome, and we hope to visit again soon.

We had a fantastic week at Villa Mandi. We were lucky to have an amazing room and terrace. The staff were so friendly and helpful (special mention for Lien who was so lovely) The food was great, plenty of choice. The hotel is in a good location if you want to get out and about. We just wanted a chilled week so didn’t venture out much. We will definitely be back.

Visited for a small break to celebrate my 30th birthday - would definitely return! Staff & check in was excellent, very informative and friendly. Pool was excellent, not too cold and no wars for sun loungers. Room was fantastic, my friend had emailed ahead to try get us an upgrade to celebrate in style and the hotel gave us the perfect room, great balcony, great views and a beautiful room. Hotel call taxis when needed and arrived within minutes and also offer a fantastic free shuttle bus to Siam Park. Supermarket attached/underneath which is also perfect. My only complaint was breakfast, staff not very attentive at breakfast, told off for sitting somewhere when the tables we should've been using were dirty and not attended to, told to move and then waited 10 mins for cutlery and only one toaster for 60+ people.

Had a wonderful week at Villa Mandi. Loved the chill out feel of the hotel. Large apartment with all the necessary equipment for self catering. Pool was lovely, no sunbed wars. Main resort was a 20 min walk but we knew that before going. Taxis are reasonably priced if you can't manage the walk (£5 roughly). There is a large supermarket about 10 mins away if you don't want to pay the prices at the onsite small shop. Would definitely stay here again

A fantastic hotel with a Mediterranean Village feel. A play park for children and two swimming pools to choose from. Breakfast, lunch and dinner provided a great choice of different food, from continental to an English breakfast, as well as many other choices. A 20 minute walk to the beach or get the free daily shuttle bus, if not use the widely used electric scooters available from the front of the hotel. If not all inclusive, the hotel has a decent supermarket onsite with most of what you expect, including British products. Friendly staff and an overall fantastic experience at Hotel Villa Mandi.

Room was a little dusty on arrival so we had to do some cleaning and the dishes needed doing and the fridge was full of leaking water but everything else was great. The included trip ti Siam Park was the highlight ✨️ The staff are very nice and the location is perfect.

No soap!
Large apartment but there were no toiletries in the room,not even hand soap.Reception did not rectify this.

Staff at reception very helpfull Rooms clean fresh towels Showers tend to fill With water and flood floor Food Breakfast : pancakes fresh ✅ Beans, hash browns popular but always not warm enough Juice machines not reliable Replenish teabags not great Lunch Again food only just warm selection not great Dinner Again food only just warm which after a few days we had enough not a great selection of meat A lot of fish if you like it Salad out but no cold meat Not enough staff Waiting for drinks Overall price we paid for 7 days at this time of year and was a lot and the food was not good at all Only found ice creams half way through the week No signs on some of the foods out By a road cars go very fast Complex very clean
