Very new and clean hotel. Very friendly staff especially at reception. Very complete breakfast. Every day they have different activities. The apartment is very big and clean. It has a small kitchen with all the utensils.

Its the equivalent of a caravan site in tenerife. We did not do all inclusive as we assumed food would be average at best. After seeing nuggets and chips in plastic cups around the pool we were correct. Never a sunbed available. A nice looking place but that's about it. Poor surrounding area. Croissants nice in the shop for breakfast if you are there.

No towels by pool. Beds changed every 4 days towels every 3 days. Pool very small. Dinning room comfortable, food better than I expected as not a fan of Spanish food. Entertainment non existing. The drinks and service very poor. A guest cut her foot by the pool watch out for the broken tiles and I bruised my legs on the side of the dinner table.i enjoyed my stay nice location.Antonio at reception lovely guy......All in all a decent clean place

Literally awful. Cried halfway through as was such a waste of money and experience form me and my children. Staff are rude, bins never emptied, yellow water coming from taps, air con broken, windows didn’t open, noise outside at night kept us awake from men playing football and playing music until 3am. Couldn’t get food unless paid for outside buffet hours. Couldn’t get drinks after 10.30 unless paid for. Entertainment is half an hour and awful! Kids were bored all day and evening so had to pay yet more money to take them out to entertain them. Pool was freezing and not much to it. Do not bother at all. I am making formal complaint but don’t want any families to make same mistake and waste their experience

We stayed from the 2nd-9th in room 332 and had a lovely time ( family of 6) nice big sized room, plenty to eat every meal time and different food every day kids are fussy but always found something to eat and always went up for more. Lovely sized pools, we went out in the mornings and used the pools late afternoon and always had sun beds. We only went to evening entertainment twice as kids are noise sensitive but we really enjoyed the parrots show. We like the location is out the way from the party *****, was happy to walk to the local supermarket and los cristianos market. Kids loved going up and getting there own drinks and slushies from the snack bar and bar. We would definitely return.

Booked villa mandi for me, my husband and my 3 year old little girl, i wouldn't suggest staying here with children. Nothing for the children to do. No food options for the kids what so ever my daughter lived of hot dogs crisp and chips for nearly 2 weeks. They have no drinks for children either we had to buy big bottles of juice and water for the supermarket to keep her hydrated through the day. One morning my daughter had a glass of milk from the hotel with her breakfast and it made her sick. The room service is awful the tidiness of the hotel is awful. The safety around the pool is absolutely appalling. The staff always look angry and are very blunt to interact with. The all inclusive is all so not all inclusive the drinks available are so poor and you have to pay for anything decent would not recommend for a family holiday.

Más limpieza, las toallas están sucias y debajo de las camas también con mucho polvo. Debería de haber más variedad en el buffet. Pierde puntos porque no tienen toallas para la piscina. Y la habitación de cortesía dan pena de sucias y muy descuidadas

It was an ok holiday, the cleaners came round but not on a Wednesday, the sheets never changed in the week I was there but kept the rooms tidy. Our room the bathroom sink would take at least 30/40 minutes for the water to drain out. The reception staff where fault less could go and ask for anything and they will sort it out for you but the bar staff found it really hard to understand the British language and always kept you waiting around at the bar as there was only ever one person on each bar. The food was not to bad the best part about it was the fresh cooking of steaks, chicken, burgers, pizza and pastas. There was always chips and chicken nuggets for the children but had to guess what food was as there was either no signs or very little description. On TUI website said that it was great for families but i personally thought that the entertainment on the evenings where very poor for children there was sign saying that mini disco at 8:45pm but never was a disco just little games like hot potato etc then went straight to the adult entertainment. They had a park on site but it was very dirty and uneven and unsafe flooring. Overall it was an ok holiday but definitely won’t be going back!
