Arrived late ish. No pillows on bed. Asked reception for pillows who said the laundry is closed?? Towels aren’t changed daily which I personally think is disgusting. I change my towels daily at home.

The hotel is popular, large, noisy, conveniently located.
Our acquaintance with the hotel began with a negative note.
We booked a room for 3 people. We got to the hotel at 2 am, fortunately the reception is open 24 hours a day. The issued room greeted us with cockroaches! The reception was not very willing to change us, saying that there were not many places, but they gave us a room on the 3rd floor with a good view, where you can see the sea at the edge. But there was only enough linen for 2 people in the room. Being tired, we divided 2 sets into 3 and in the morning returned to the reception asking for a third set. However, at the reception they decided to give us another spacious room in the neighboring 2-story buildings with a roof terrace. Which, in principle, suited us.
It turned out to be not so bad, despite the fact that the hotel is not new and is quite noisy. The rooms are spacious, there is an equipped kitchen, the noise from the street was not very annoying. Cleaning several times a week.
The location of the hotel is good, there is a place to park your rental car (after a little searching for a free space), there are large shops around the corner, a bus stop, the beach is 5-7 minutes on foot.
We had a good rest! The price basically corresponds to the level. I won’t say anything about food, because... taken without food.

The best thing about the hotel is the entertainment with the adorable Gabriel, very fun and attentive to everyone. At reception the attention is very close, special mention to Micky. In general a very correct and clean hotel. Place to repeat with family, couple or friends.

La ubicación es genial si lo que buscas es estar cerca de la playa y centros comerciales. Si quieres relax no es lo adecuado. El chico de animación, Gabriel creo recordar que se llama, era estupendo, nos lo pasamos pipa con él. Los recepcionistas y camareros super amables.

Such an amazing hotel. The staff is so friendly, especially Gabriel, and the entertainment was so much fun. It’s a great location right by the bars and clubs so you don’t have to walk for miles. The karaoke was so much fun would defo recommend doing it!!!

Honestly this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Starting with the amount of bugs about to the crap quality and variety of the food it really made it uncomfortable to stay here. There is no air con which is not advertised but if you do want a fan you have to pay €30 and with the fact that only one balcony opens it does nothing for the room. The walls are so paper thin that even though we were there for a party holiday we still were annoyed by people right through the day. As three young girls I did not feel comfortable letting any one of us go alone due to all the fighting, blood on the walls and the escorts that hang about the lobby. There was one saving grace of the holiday and that is Gabrielle and the girls at the bar. They by far made our nights while here and was the only time we weren’t eager to leave the place. So shout out to them for the 2 stars and nothing else.

We went to spend a few days without many expectations and have become delighted... location is very good, food is not bad and training was the best... Gabriel was fun and charismatic, every day greeted with enthusiasm and invited us to participate in their activities, which were of the best memories we took. Many thanks Gabriel

Todo súper bien una experiencia increíble , trabajan dos chicos Manuel y Gabriel maravillosos siempre están para ayudar en todo son súper majos y amigables , de lo mejor del hotel . Las habitaciones muy limpias y espaciosas . En cuanto a la comida dejaba un poco que desear pero en general todo de 10 y lo recomiendo 100x100
