Spring Hotel Bitácora

Just returned after spending 10 days at Spring Bitácora with my family. We had a wonderful time, hotel is in a great location. Rooms are decent size and clean. Food choice was really good. Staff in the hotel were extremely helpful and very friendly. Really want to call out the staff in the restaurant who work so hard to keep everything flowing. Daytime activities were great for families and the kids club was excellent Would strongly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning here in the future.

What a great Hotel! We went there in the moddle of September, the food was amazing, we had a great experience, plenty to choose from. The pool was also great, the room was very big and the staff was simply amazing! We will return for sure next year!

We have just come back from 1 week in the bitacora hotel and I would like to say a big thank you to everyone at the hotel as they made our stay a real pleasure and on the last day we spent time looking into coming back next year, the last 2 holidays we have had haven't worked out and we really looked into this holiday as we really wanted to come away having had the best time, after reading some of the reviews on here some are really petty and I hope it doesn't stop people from coming. Hotel very pleasant, pools very nice , drinks and lunch time menu very good , all staff were very polite and all seemed very happy and the cleaners all said hello with a massive smile. Thank you bitacora for the memories and we will be rebooking for next year

Cleaning staff stole AirPods out of the room. Clearly they don’t know how apple products work as these were fully trackable leaving the room to a little village not far away. Was told by reception to file a police repost as the cleaners have took noting and it was simply “our opinion” even though they are fully trackable. Also the restaurant is run terribly. Never any clean plates or cutlery and the food in never topped up just empty trays of food when you go in service is pretty poor

CLEANERS ARE ROBBERS! stayed at the hotel for a week with the 2 kids. The cleaner stole my air pods I could clearly track them and it showed an address when confronted everyone denied it including reception. They were last at the hotel and only ever used in the hotel and then when tracked they took them home! The food was awful not much for children to eat, only thing ok was the play area for kids. Avoid leaving items out within the room. You can’t just buy food and drinks at the pool it all gets billed to the room and during checkout you don’t even know what your billed for because it doesn’t show the items your charged for

The hotel is in a central location in Playa De Las Americas, close to lots of shops, places to eat, the beach and ideal for families. The view from the balcony in our room was stunning, and we would sit back in the evening and watch the sunset, whilst listening to the live entertainment below is in the hotel bar area. We had a pool and sea view from our room. There is a main pool, a children's pool, an adults only pool and pool area, as well as water slides. The hotel team put on entertainment throughout the day, to keep everyone entertained. My son loved the waterslides. There's a busy stop across the road which is ideal for the Siam park and Siam mall shuttle buses. The evening had varied entertainment, from a pink party with dance music, to a soul night, to abba cover singers. The breakfast and dinner had plenty of choices, and I found myself wandering around a few times before I decided what to eat, there was that much choice. The rooms were clean and had air conditioning which was a welcome gift after a walk around in the midday sun. The rooms were cleaned daily. The staff were all terrific, and friendly. There were so many plus points with the hotel, that I only have a few constructive comments: The coffee wasn't great and they should replace those awful lavaza machines. Your given a wrist pass which is also your door key, and you also use it to buy food and drink in the hotel, which is paid when you check out. However, being able to get itemised bills when checking out would be beneficial to see what we ordered during the stay was correct. the print out I requested didn't show the items, just the date, time and the total amount..The reason being is that for a good few days our wrist passes didn't work and we had to tell the people behind the bar our room no to order anything. Even a change of wrist pass didn't get it working again..what's to say someone gave out the wrong room no and someone else got billed for something they didn't order? The only other minor negative for me is that the beds could have been a bit comfier. They weren't bad, I just felt not 4 star comfy.. Overall though the hotel was absolutely fantastic, and I'd recommend it to families and couples alike, and I hope to return in the future.

Perfect hotel for families. Friendly and helpful staff. Well located for a quiet stay. Loved the pool area. The beach was just a short walk away!. Te best animation team!!!!!. Thank you for making the stay so pleasant and fun. We will repeat.
