Did not have a good experience to start with. Room we got was awful...dark and dingy...broken fan in room...shower not working properly...really bad smell of must. Bad for us to be I haling as I am pregnant and my daughter has asthma. We complained and we were offered another room the next day but we decided it was a pain to move everything so said we would stay where we were. However, smell for too bad and couldn't even sleep with it so we did ask to move. Number of my family members also had to be moved due to mould in their rooms also etc. The fella on reception was extremely rude to us every interaction we had with him but the lady manager was more accommodating. Eventually days in, we got to start enjoying our holiday. Good points; room we got moved to in the end (after 5 showings of rooms) was very nice. Food was nice and a good selection and available all day pretty much; Pool was nice; Hotel was pretty quiet; Music and entertainment some of the time; beach right on door step which was great; hotel near shops;

L’hôtel est situé à 30min de l’aéroport. Il se trouve sur la plage avec des transats presque au-dessus de la mer. Il se trouve à proximité de toutes les commodités. Le personnel est très accueillant et gentil. Vous pouvez louer des serviettes de plage directement à la réception. Il y a un parking à 20m de l’hôtel nous n’avons jamais eu de difficultés à nous garer. Il y a beaucoup de transats à disposition, mais je ne suis pas sûr qu’en été tout le monde puisse en profiter. Il y a néanmoins deux petits bémols : - le buffet n’est pas super. Il y a pas mal de choix, mais beaucoup de choses sont très salée. Les propositions de plats ne sont pas très diversifié sur la semaine. - le ménage n’est pas fait quotidiennement nous ne sommes pas très exigeant, mais le balai a du être passé une seule fois dans la chambre. Il y avait donc en permanence du sable et nous en ramenions dans le lit. C’est dommage. Sinon l’hôtel et vraiment bien je le recommande vivement.

My husband and I have recently returned from 2 weeks at the Tsilivi Beach Hotel. We went with some trepidation after reading some reviews. We needn’t have worried - the negative reports we read were totally untrue and did a great injustice to this hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms serviced each day. Towels changed every day and beds every 3 or 4 days, which we think is perfectly acceptable. Toiletries and tea/coffee were also replenished daily. All staff, without exception, were very friendly and helpful. There was a good selection of food each day - we don’t go to an AI hotel expecting fine dining!! We had a very spacious, quiet room overlooking the pool. This is a lovely family hotel, with a wide age range of guests, right by the beach and within easy reach of the little town. Tsilivi is a lovely place to visit with some nice walks beyond the harbour and along the beach. There is also a little road train which goes into Zakynthos town daily and is great fun - 8 euros pp return. We greatly enjoyed our holiday at the Tsilivi Beach.

Our second time at Tsilivi Beach, and it didn’t disappoint. We love this hotel so much wel be back next year. The food, cocktails and snacks are lovely. Always something to eat. The staff are always lovely and happy to help. If you need to hire a car, see the lady on the table next to reception, she’s English and has great advice. She sorted us a car for 2 days no problems. There is 2 girls who do a bit of singing in the day which is nice round the pool. There’s always music playing but not to loud so chilled vibes. Our room was lovely and had a lovely view, see pics. As I said well be back and hopefully with all the family next year!

We visited as a family we booked two rooms. The location is spot on it’s right on the beach. The room view was great it was lovely to sit and see the sea each morning we had booked side sea view rooms. Room facilities spot on towels changed daily , room cleaned daily beds were super comfy and everything was very clean. The whole hotel was great each morning lots of cleaning took place around the pools. The food was excellent great quality and variety and a big thanks to Angelo what a great guy always smiling and chatting to guests whilst working very hard to replenish food constantly. All of the staff were just lovely and real credit to the hotel. Drinks were varied and hardly any queues at both bars. The coffee machines did vary and often dispensed cold coffee at busy periods. Plenty of sunbeds at both pools. Entertainment was ok the only thing we felt was the room could be better decorated ie more seating and a few plants to give it more of a theme next to the beach.We also walked into the village bars too which were a short walk away. This is our second visit to Tsivili and we all agreed we would re visit this hotel again.

The hotel was lovely, rooms were nice and clean, pool area very nice, cleaned daily and plenty of beds, but if you do stay here watch your belongings, my wife lost something out of our room and her sister had something go missing from hers, spoilt our holiday

Amazing service , staff were going out of there way to take care of their quests buffet has food for everybody taste , rooms exceptional clean and always clean towels for bathrooms and pool - beach are provided , definitely would return again

Nothing like advertised pictures aren't anything like hotel - rooms were regularly left towels but not cleaned , bunk beds were well used looking and rusty . Food awful snack bar food stale and cold chips burgers dry no crepe station like advertised instead a coffee machine there in its place and all inclusive drinks were awful cheap and cheerful , all inclusive food was awful and not for everyone everything in sauce nothing for children also soup tasted exactly same every night . Fly were all around salad and cheese and food wasn't hot the snack bar that yu had to pay at was empty and no food being served . Entertainment was shocking non existent feel disappointed as we spent a lot of money out side of hotel kn top of what we paid to stay as we couldn't eat food and drinks were giving us bad bellies . We also had to pay 10 euros for a room to shower after we checked out parents had to be moved night before we left as electric wasn't working in their room also ordered a minibus with hotel which they have ended up costing nearly 100+ Euros to go to cameo Island because we were charged for 2 taxis never will we return or recommend

Rooms - There is no guarantee that he will be accommodated in the main part of the building. Most Slovaks and Czechs are accommodated in studio units outside the hotel. The rooms in these units are in very poor condition. The master bathroom is horrible. The overall impression would be Max 2 stars, not 4. This was the impression our entire trip had now in September. Don't be fooled by the photos from the travel agency. On Google, these units are called Glaros Studios. The beach - if it can even be called a beach. It can be said that there is none near the hotel. This hotel claims to be by the beach, but in reality you have to walk a few meters in a different direction to see no beach at all. The sea is clean but the entrance to the sea is stony. Food - all inclusive very poor. She ate bland and unseasoned. Pretty much the same thing every day. The best time of the day was breakfast. Desserts are mostly colorful foam cakes. Don't expect any baklava and almost nothing Greek there. We went through Fisher. After 2 days of fighting with the reception, the representative and the head office of Fisher, our room was changed. They moved us to the main part of the hotel. Overall rating 1 out of 5 it was more stress than vacation
