We have just returned from a fantastic week staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and accommodating. We were greeted by the manager at check in and she was highly visible throughout stay- on hand to help with anything. Our room was comfortable, well decorated and had everything we needed. We had read previous reviews about the shower not having hot water which almost put us off booking however their in a knack to using it - detailed in the welcome guide. The hotel was clean and well looked after with daily towel changes if needed. There wasn’t too much noise either, rooms were quire sound proof at night. We had a great view from our balcony - especially at night. Air con was fantastic! And the robes in the room were a nice touch. Beds were comfortable as well. The food was delicious with great variety every night and something even for fussy eaters! The best beef dishes and roast potatoes we’ve had in years! The chef was always present at mealtimes - everyone took pride in what they do. We had the option to extend our room on check out day which was very useful as we had an evening flight. The hotel is very close to the resort just a couple of minutes to walk, and 15 minutes to the beach and some really great restaurants nearby if you wanted to eat out. The hill to get from the hotel to resort is quite steep but it is short and very manageable - although not too sure for wheelchair users.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel la settimana di ferragosto con opzione all inclusive. Struttura rinnovata da poco e su questo nulla da dire..ma andiamo per ordine. Camera con vista piscina al secondo piano,abbastanza pulita, l aria condizionata sicuramente ha dei blocchi impostati, in modo da non poter scendere sotto a certe temperature ( io sono freddolosa, ma ho sofferto un po’ di caldo) Alle 7 del mattino i lettini delle 2 piscine erano già tutti “occupati” da asciugamani fino alla chiusura delle 18. Acqua poco limpida. Tralasciamo il fatto di esserci trovati una sera senza acqua in bagno mentre facevamo la doccia( l isola non ha fonti d acqua ma arrivano i furgoni carichi a riempire le cisterne). Arriviamo alla cosa davvero peggiore.. il cibo! Noi abbiamo provato ad usufruire della cena.. ma la scelta era scarsa e davvero di pessima qualità! è impossibile mangiare, a meno che non vi accontentiate probabilmente di verdure crude..una sera ho mangiato 1 bastoncino di pesce.. ho dovuto prendere un gastro protettore, ma ho finito di digerirlo la sera successiva. Andavamo avanti ad acqua naturale, perché anche vino, birra e bibite erano pessime. Personale alla reception cordiale e disponibile. Per concludere, se dovessi tornare lo valuterei ma solo come pernottamento.

Just come back from this hotel. Staff are great, rooms fantastic, resort clean and tidy, pool areas well maintained every inch the 4 star hotel except the food, food is awful we ended eating out most days not what you want for an all inclusive

Great experience , as it was our first stay at an all inclusive , we didn't know the in and outs but the male receptionist (sorry im bad with names) guided us through the whole thing , as did the tall older guy in the restaurant .

Peccato! Albergo con una struttura rinnovata di recente e con delle potenzialità. Purtroppo le note negative non mancano; cibo di scarsa qualità e ripetitivo, cameriere di bar e sala poco affabili e organizzazione sicuramente da migliorare (mentre fanno pausa pranzo il bar resta chiuso). Lunch box totalmente bocciata, piuttosto non proponete il servizio (2 tramezzini che propongono come snack, un pezzo di torta e un arancio; zero bevande). Pulizia in generale molto approssimativa; non è concepibile lavare i bicchieri del bar a mano per di più di fronte ai clienti! Nota molto positiva la posizione e la zona, tranquilla e si raggiunge facilmente il centro del paese dove ci sono negozi, ristoranti e supermercati. Si trova facilmente parcheggio fuori dalla struttura. La spiaggia dista 10 minuti a piedi, c è sia la zona attrezzata che la zona libera, molto bella e tranquilla.

Great service staff are very polite I am on a gluten-free diet. He very helpful and provided me with what I needed, There was one particular stuff in the food hall. He’s absolutely brilliant. Very hard-working their rooms are very nice and clean. We were placed on the fourth floor. The Internet wasn’t very great being so high. The rep penny is very lovely. I would definitely give this hotel a 10 out of 10 and we’ll be coming back very soon.

Really good hotel if you’re looking for a budget getaway. Hotel has everything to offer. Staff are very friendly and supportive. The hotel is in a perfect position in the town of Tsilivi. 5 mins from town centre, 10-15 mins walk to the beach. Food was good, however options are limited most nights but the options they did have were good quality so can’t complain really! Would stay again 100%.
