From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. Nora was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive to my needs. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had — truly healing and calming. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and totally at ease. I highly recommend booking a treatment with Nora if you’re visiting the area. She’s wonderful!

Me and my partner have just returned from a week stay at the Caravel which overall was lovely. Pros….. We booked a swim up room and had read that rooms 803/804 were the best ones so when we were allocated 803 without asking I was a little excited. The room did not disappoint!!! Spacious, comfortable and clean we were impressed with the size of the room. The outside area though was AMAZING!!! Although a shared area of the pool because you’re at the end it’s huge and during our stay we had it to ourselves pretty much all the time. The views were just stunning, and if you’re an early bird I highly recommend laying on the day bed and watching the sunrise, very romantic. Mini bar restocked daily and room made up and exceptionally clean. The lady that came into us every day was friendly, polite and done a fabulous job, so extra special thank you to her. The 2 other pool areas (for everyone) had plenty of sunbeds, we never struggled to find one, fresh beach towels daily. Snack bar had a good selection of food which was delicious, we didn’t have 1 bad meal from there. Good selection of drinks and not watered down. All staff were extremely friendly. Hotel is in a great location, some really nice restaurants close by on the beach and bars on the street. Huge selection of food in the main restaurant which majority of the time was nice Cons……. Whilst the staff are friendly they weren’t always efficient. I’m not sure if the hotel needs more staff as they always seem soooo busy but the service we found was very very slow at times, sometimes we were even forgotten about. It takes a really long time to get a drink and whilst we were there the temperature was extremely high so we needed drinks more often, that wasn’t happening, so we would go to the bar ourselves but they clearly didn’t want you in the bar area as you were in the way, which I get but the service needs to improve for that to happen. The entertainment in our opinion was not great at all, I understand we all like different things but I felt it lacked any excitement at all. Overall the our stay was good but with a few little tweaks it could have been excellent. Would I recommend this hotel, yes, but would I stay here again, probably not. It was a lovely week but I know there is better out there for what we paid.

The spa was extraordinary. I’m young so it was my first experience and Dimitra was nothing but lovely and so respectful and the treatment was 5 star!

My husband and I stayed at the TUI Blue Caravel for our honeymoon and requested room 804 (having read some of the TripAdvisor reviews) which was a double room with sea view and private pool. The room itself was very basic as they've gone with a minimalist concrete decor. The private pool was what turned this room from something mediocre to something very special. We had full sea view and were literally a few steps from the beach. The pool in room 804 was huge and a lovely temperature. The beach is tiny, but we didn't have issues getting a sun lounger and umbrella and staff were frequently taking orders for drinks. We really enjoyed the food at this hotel. The usual things like veggies, chips, pasta, salad were on repeat every night, but there was lots of different things on the main grill section every day. We didn't eat the same meal twice. Drinks were brilliant and we were able to take bottles of wine, cocktails and beer back to the room to enjoy by our pool. The evening entertainment was a band/musician every night, and again, staff were very quick to take orders at your seat. The staff worked really hard and always had smiles on their faces.

Really calm and rejuvenating treatment. My husband and I went for the Hydra Face facial and it was the perfect way to end our holiday! Nora and Deopina were wonderful, very gentle and if you needed more or less pressure, they obliged! Lots of variety in treatment here! Would 100% recommend.

Dimitra was the most perfect masseuse. She applied appropriate pressure, removing knots and making me feel so relaxed .
