The front desk and breakfast are good! When I checked out, the luggage was still in the room. I couldn't open the door when I went to the door. I went to the front desk to deal with it twice and it was not good!

The hotel was conveniently located right off of the toll road. Our room was extremely clean and smelled amazing! There was good quality shampoo in the bathroom, not your typical cheap hotel shampoo and bar soap. They had dove products! The complimentary breakfast was really good. Muffins, bagels, hot fresh cinnamon rolls, pancakes, and chobani yogurt. The staff were very friendly as well. I would certainly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an affordable hotel room this is certainly the place. Also conveniently located 25 minutes from Rockwall.
