Days Inn by Wyndham Pittsburgh

Breakfast was supposed to be included, and they gave nothing but a paper bag with an orange juice, a danish and water that was not in the advertising book in the room. We also had a room in the basement, which was really stinky, and our toilet leaked water all over the floor and our air conditioner didn’t work, right I will not come here again

Absolutely disgusting, BUGS BUGS BUGS. STAINS STAINS STAINS. Human hair not from me nor my friend, was asked to sleep in a room that is simply not livable, until tomorrow. By tomorrow I might wake up looking like a connect the dots board from the bugs that hid away in this room. Room 219 is what I expect whatsoever and to the front desk and even the manager what a disgrace you must be to your family. I can see why not many people stay here and the price is dirt cheap because this place is DIRT. Fed up after a long 2 hours of trying for a refund. This needs to end shut this place down and build a Marriott. Point blank respect is earned not given and this place here sure doesn’t deserve my respect.

The place is really good. The bus stop is across the property with easy transportation option and the staff is very helpful.

Avoid! Front desk person preoccupied and rude on arrival.Insisted on an unadvertised security deposit after room was paid for in full and I would have to wait for up to 2 weeks for my entitled refund. Breakfast included (as advertised) only to find it was lukewarm coffee. No food. A non-customer service attitude prevailed at checkout.
