The hotel is in a great location, close to the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University. The hotel staff is very friendly and proactive in helping with parking. The hotel is also very clean and I would go there again next time.

When I checked in, the room was cancelled for no reason. I contacted Ctrip and it was resolved after contacting Ctrip. The room was not serviced and was not cleaned every day. The main location is OK, so I will not consider staying next time.

The room is not big, but it is OK in the United States. There is a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. There is a CVS 10 meters away. It is very close to Pitt and CMU. There are several good Chinese restaurants nearby. The breakfast is standard and the fruits are fresh.
