Located centrally in Pittsburgh, the hotel provides easy access to attractions and transportation. Guests appreciate the cleanliness and comfortable beds but note small, uncomfortable rooms and poor heating.

Hand's down the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. 1. I stupidly left a pair of expensive glasses in the room when we checked out. As soon as my flight landed I called the hotel and asked if they could please check the room and retrieve them, as I knew exactly where they'd been left. The front desk staff refused, saying I'd have to call housekeeping the next day. I ended up calling and leaving a message for housekeeping every day for a week with no response. After a week I was finally able to speak to a manager, who lied and said they'd been trying to call me, and hadn't found the glasses. So either the staff pocketed them or threw them out. 2. The rooms are *tiny* and dark with almost no natural light. Most of them either have a view of the wall of a parking garage, or a brick wall. 3. The floor we were on reeked of pot. The front staff said it'd smelled for a week, but there was nothing they could do about it. There was one helpful person at the front desk our entire stay, the rest were apathetic and clearly hated their jobs and customers. Avoid this hotel like the plague.
