Cuil-An-Daraich Guest House

I stayed here two nights with my sisters. It was a great stay. We had a room with a queen size bed and two twin beds. The furniture was classic wooden furniture and the room was very tastefully designed. It has a dressing table as well as two leather high back lounge chairs and coffee table, as well as an armoire to hang our clothing. You stepped down into the bathroom which was a good size and had a long, deep tub with partial shower door. Continuous hot water worked well. Large towel warmer which got very warm (hot). There was plenty of easy parking, although the hotel is not within walking distance of restaurants- you will need to drive. There was a pleasant lounge with honor bar and breakfast room with great view. Breakfast consisted of a buffet with coffee/tea, cereals and yogurt. You then ordered eggs, porridge etc. When we arrived the owner personally showed us the room and it's features, explained breakfast and things to do in the area. Our room was on the ground floor, so we didn't need to carry bags up stairs. It was very quiet. We didn't hear any of the other guests the entire time, although we saw them at breakfast. The only thing I can add for improvement is more hooks in the bathroom to hang toiletry bags. This was a great stay and we were very sad to leave!

Beautiful B B in a gorgeous location. Amazing views from the breakfast room which included fresh fruit, cold items and a hot portion of breakfast. Friendly, helpful owners with great advice of things to do and see. Comfortable room with en-suite bath; we stayed in the lovely blue room with plenty of space and storage. Easy check in and check out. Perfect stay and would stay again. Lovely people.

The property is at Logierait, a rural property out of Pitlochry. The view from the windows is gorgeous, over fields to the mountains, and the conservatory where they serve breakfast is light and warm. The friendly and efficient staff can answer any questions and we loved our time there.

The condition of the property is good and Lisa and James are extremely helpful and were friendly but not intrusive. If we go that way again we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Second stay at this gem of a guest house. Room was cosy and spotless. Had a great night sleep and a quality breakfast. Lovely walks in the area, we walked to The Inn on the Tay for lunch. James and Leesa are fabulous hosts. Hopefully be back for a stay again soon. Thanks
