We went to the restaurant with another couple, we were warmly welcomed and well attended to through out the meal. The food and atmosphere was outstanding. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a fine dining experience in a beautiful setting.

The hotel is set on a very quiet road with views of the surrounding countryside. There are Highland cows and horses in the fields pf the Manse which add a lovely touch. We had the Estate room which is a beautiful airy room with a fabulous bathroom. We enjoyed a superb dinner and first class breakfast.

We booked this hotel last minute for a one night getaway and so glad we did. The property is situated in a beautiful rural setting and is very well maintained We opted for a garden room with a beautiful garden terrace and the room was very nicely decorated and modern with good facilities. The highlight was the delicious evening meal in the restaurant which was very well presented and inventive. All finished off with a cooked to order two course breakfast. Very friendly staff, beautiful property and set in a wonderful area with so much to see near by. We will return.

Perfect location in the country. Beautiful garden views. Centrally located to Blair Atholl and the Castle. Attentive and friendly staff on check in and in the morning. Breakfast was excellent . Nice large bathroom with tub and shower. In the country but close to everything including the House of Bruar. Peaceful setting. Train occasionally runs behind the building but part of the atmosphere. Loved our stay.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The family that runs it, and their staff, have truly mastered effortless elegance and professional yet warm service. Everything was perfect. We arrived late due to a driving mishap and they graciously accommodated us at their small but impeccable restaurant (sans reservations). The following morning they offered to help us get our vehicle repaired, which was unnecessary, but they did make sure we got to feed and brush their pair of highland cows while awaiting our tow truck. The room was small but extremely well appointed and the bathroom was spectacular with a soaking tub and views over the grounds. We cannot recommend that you stay here strongly enough! If we ever have the pleasure of returning to Scotland, we will be back!

Idilic Retreat in Cairngorm National Park
We stayed for 1 night DB&B mid-week having seen the hotel on a Scottish TV programme. We were not disappointed, the setting is lovely, all the staff and family very friendly so it almost feels like home from home. There is an extensive gin and whisky drinks selection, and the food is simply wonderful. Good choice and beautifully prepared by their renowned chef. We enjoy fine dining regularly and we will be back with foodie friends. We had chosen to stay in a Garden Room rather than in the main building and it was immaculate. Imaginatively decorated like the rest of the hotel in a contemporary Scottish style without the need for yards of tartan yet still very in keeping. We were lucky with the weather and were able to sit outside our room in the evening taking in the tranquillity and view. We will be back!

Had a lovely stay at Old Manse of Blair. Was an great place to relax for a mini-vacation after an extended work stay in Scotland. Staff were attentive and friendly. The food in the restaurant was really good as well. One of the perks of staying here is the great whiskey selection they have on-site and variety of comfortable common spaces to enjoy it in. Ya it’s a bit pricey of a stay, but worthwhile for a splurge if you can swing it.

Scottish luxury boutique at its best
Excellent hotel. Very Scottish. Luxury hotel, products and service is so friendly. Food is excellent. Surroundings is so beautiful and quiet. A great location for exploring, walking, shopping at House of Bruar or booking the segways at Blair Atholl. Magical!
