Lovely homely bed and breakfast accommodation, close to Pitlochry town centre. Very easy check in and check out. Immaculately clean bedroom and en-suite, which included free toiletries. The cold breakfast selection was beautifully presented on each table. Full cooked breakfast was supplied to order and was fantastic! Thank you to all at Annslea.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this delightful guesthouse. Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was excellent. The hosts were warm and friendly. Thoroughly recommend.

Just returned from Annslea guest house and what a fabulous place. Gerry and Karen and their daughter we so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Room couldn’t have been cleaner and breakfast was out of this world. Thank you we will definitely be back. Enclosed is a picture from our bedroom

We stayed here for a couple of nights, lovely Guest House, spotlessly clean. Everything you need, great shower and lots of choice for breakfast. Ideal for exploring Pitlochry and surrounding area.

Great place to stay! 5 minutes from the town, plenty of things to see and walking routes-easy and hard all nearby. We stayed in the cottage at the rear. Lovely and quiet.Hosts Gerry and Karen were really nice folks too. All in all a great 5 days. Will defo be back there !

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, offering good quality ingredients. The host was very friendly and helpful. The guest house is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the centre of Pitlochry. We will definitely return.

Lovely B & B, with even lovelier Hosts, Karen and Gerry. This beautiful house is set on spacious grounds, very close to all the town of Pitlochry has to offer. Annslea is impeccably clean, beautiful and perfectly located; mere minutes walk from the Pitlochry train and bus stations. A walk across the street, will reward you with beautiful views of the nearby mountains. My bedroom decor was light, cozy and so comfortable; plenty of space and storage for a short stay. The Scottish breakfast was delicious, with perfectly brewed coffee and lots of extras for a cold breakfast too, at your very own table; which I particularly appreciated. Karen and Gerry were always available on site, for any questions; they truly make a genuine effort to ensure you enjoy a comfortable stay. I hope to return to this area next year, and plan to stay at Annslea again; I highly recommend it.

Gerry and Karen were so welcoming and the room we had was just wonderful, with views across the hills. Bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Excellent breakfasts, would absolutely recommend.
