Schoon maar wel hoog tijd voor wat upgrades om het comfort wat te verbeteren. Verder erg onpersoonlijk, helemaal niets te doen, een klein barretje wat vaker dicht dan open is. Kortom alleen een bed en verder niets, prima als je dat zoekt. M.i. ongeschikt voor jonge kinderen omdat er niets te doen is, wat echt een gemiste kans is aangezien dat zó makkelijk te realiseren is op deze plek. Eigenaar is onvriendelijk wanneer hij denkt dat je iets 'fout' hebt gedaan. Ik kreeg maar liefst een preek van 5 minuten over iets wat grotendeels onterecht was. Onaangenaam, luisterde totaal niet. Ik ben geen puber oid maar een nette volwassen vrouw. Deze interactie heeft mij laten zien hoe de eigenaar werkelijk is en dat beviel totaal niet. Je kunt mensen aanspreken en dat is prima, maar je kunt ook eerst even vragen of de dingen wel kloppen...en iemand dan op een normale manier aanspreken ipv 5 minuten gaan zitten blazen...

Grande chambre familiale, grand balcon, coin cuisine et salle de bain avec une petite douche. Ménage 3 fois par semaine. Situé à 10 min à pied du village côtier d’Iréon et de la plage. Établissement très propre et soigné avec une piscine et des transats avec parasol ainsi qu’un grand parking. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

First time to Samos, what a great experience. All the staff from Katarina, Dimitris, Rebecca and house keeping (sorry I didn’t catch the name) were excellent and very friendly. 10 minute walk to Ireon harbour where there is shops, restaurants. Bars and a lovely beach. The main town pthyegorian (probably spelt wrong) is a 10 minute taxi away but has loads there too, our personal favourite was restaurant 83100, they do homemade pasta and much more! Didn’t manage to get to Samos town as was the other side of the island but will certainly be going next time as this won’t be our last visit due to the wonderful hospitality from everyone at the hotel and surrounding. If you are looking for a nice peaceful place to stay this is your place! Thanks again hotel Zeus 😁

Struttura semplice, in buona posizione, a due passi da Ireon e non distante da Pythagorion, a cui si arriva in dieci minuti con l’auto. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la pulizia, ogni due giorni passano a cambiare asciugamani e lenzuola. Anche gli spazi comuni sono ben tenuti, presumibile ristrutturati recentemente. Purtroppo però abbiamo avuto un problema con il condizionatore e, nonostante svariati tentativi di regolazione, per alcune notti abbiamo fatto fatica a dormire per il caldo. Ci siamo rivolti a più persone dell’hotel, prima alla ragazza presso la reception poi, su suo consiglio, alla signora del bar, senza riuscire a risolvere. Infine, presi dalla disperazione, ci siamo rivolti al titolare, che si è mostrato molto infastidito per la richiesta, come se fosse colpa nostra perché non sapevamo regolare il condizionatore. Alla fine, grazie a Dio, il problema è stato risolto. Questa cosa però non ci è piaciuta, perché per noi è stato un disagio non indifferente e l’atteggiamento da parte sua doveva essere diverso. Per il resto il mio giudizio è positivo. Se volte vivere l’isola in libertà e vi occorre un punto d’appoggio, sicuramente questa struttura fa per voi.

Nog nooit heb ik zo'n onvriendelijk/ongeinteresseerd gezin gezien die een hotel runt. Na een hele nacht overslaan (vlucht om 04.00 uur, om 00.00 uur op Schiphol aanwezig moeten zijn) kwam Kristina ons en andere aangekomen gasten 'verwelkomen' met een blik van 'wat staan jullie hier nou' en alleen de mededeling 'check in at 12.00'. Nou is daar niets mis mee natuurlijk, en begrijpelijk omdat er uiteraard nog schoongemaakt moet worden, maar de manier waarop zette al de toon. De aanblik op het zwembad was ook niet zaligmakend. Een grote laag water uit het zwembad en een grote vieze algenlaag op de muur. Bij bestelling aan het barretje kwam Kristina wederom met haar chagerijnige hoofd. Misschien haar dag niet...maar helaas, 12 dagen lang hetzelfde chagerijnige hoofd. Niet 1x goedemorgen, hallo of iets vriendelijks op haar gezicht of uit haar mond mogen horen. Aankomst op maandag, 1e schoonmaak pas om donderdag! Geen prullenbakken op het terrein om overtollig afval weg te werpen, en bovendien vrij lang voor een gezin van 3 om een klein pedaalemmertje met wc papier te laten staan ronduit smerig! Bij andere hotels met schoonmaak 3x pw doen ze altijd dagelijks deze prullenbakjes legen en je bed opmaken. Hier is dat zeker niet het geval. 1 pluspunt is dat het 3e bed een goed bed was, en geen opklapbed of slaapbank vandaar een extra sterretje. Verder is het er ENORM rustig. Naar onze smaak TE rustig. Er mag best een gezellig muziekje aan, en s'avonds een kaartje leggen bij de bar had ook leuk geweest, maar helaas. Wij hadden 2 Studios, waarvan 1 op de uiterste hoek (306) met een vreselijk kleine douche ruimte, putje los/open, en de bakkerszakjes van de vorige bewoners lagen nog in de kast. Door de hoek ligging (aan bosgebied gelegen) en grote lamp boven de deur, s'avonds enorme spinnen van wel 10 cm bij de deur. Bij de andere kamer (302) nooit gezien, deze heeft ook een grotere/prettiger badkamer.

Very nice place to relax and to have a great holiday. Very nice people good prices. Good size swimming pool and a pool bar to get something to eat and drink. Easy to walk to ireon to go for a dinner!!
