電話提前問老闆有沒有空房確認房間，結果老闆就趁機提高了價格，他甚至還要求我用現金付他。衞生間在房間外面，每次開關進去要開兩道門鎖兩道門，非常麻煩。

The manager is a talker! He doesn't care about you as long as he got paid.
I told him water is cold! He replied: Yeah, maybe someone used a lot of water and now is cold. What can I do!
I told him My food got stolen from the fridge! he replied: yeah, it happens, you can steal other people's food! it's just food, not a big deal!
Additionally, the bathroom had a terrible odor, and the bed sheets were not clean and had stains.
Never again!

Clean and convenient, only a couple of minutes walk from Airport Arrivals. Francis at reception was friendly and helpful, staying after midnight to check us in, and up for 7am next morning to check us out. Be aware there is an additional 20 euro charge for staffing if checking in after 12:30am, which is fair enough.

Ottimo affittacamere vicino Pisa Aereoporto il proprietario è gentilissimo e molto disponibile sempre pronto ad aiutare i viaggiatori in difficoltà centralissimo e a pochi passi da punti di ristoro tabacchi e supermarket. Piccoli posti per parcheggiare.

The ONLY thing to recommend this place is the location: walking distance to airport. Otherwise, it really needs to be demolished and rebuilt, or a least redecorated and refurnished. Reminds me of seedy hotels I stayed in as an impoverished student in the '80s , probably because everything is unchanged since that era. 4.50 Euros extra if you want to use the aircon, really??? Nasty bathmat positioned carefuly to soak up stray urine, beds barely fit for purpose, nowhere to hang clothes, bare minimum of power sockets, etc etc. Avoid, or get in and out quickly!

upon booking he asked for a price, then upon payment he demanded an increased price and not a little. Not serious!!! there is no possibility even to make a coffee and the bathroom is shared. Very little for the 45 euros per person requested!
