Great location for the price! Right on the other side of the walls around the tower. They even had a list of suggestions of where to eat, super helpful.

Très bon séjour !!
Très bien accueillie dans cet au étage. Les chambres sont très propres et l’accès à la terrasse extérieure en hauteur en un réel avantage.
Le personnel m’a très bien accueillie et bien renseigné sur la ville de Pise.
Je recommande vivement!

Bed bugs in our beds, had to leave in the middle of the night with no help finding somewhere else to stay. Staff left before we found anywhere, and as 3 young female travellers we felt very venerable. Huge lack of consideration from staff. We were told the beds had not been disinfected. Don’t waste your time. Yet to receive a refund!!!

Mi sono trovata benissimo. Stanza e bagno puliti. Bell'ambiente con ospiti simpatici da tutto il mondo. Aree comuni molto carine. Cucina fornita di stoviglie, condimenti, microonde e frigorifero. Distributore automatico di bevande. Massima disponibilità dimostrata con me e con altri ospiti nel tenere i bagagli e consentirci persino di sostare nelle aree comuni dopo il check out. Se proprio devo trovare una pecca... la luce del bagno sarebbe meglio che si accendesse dall'interno, perché, accendendola dall'esterno di notte, quando si apre la porta e dopo, quando si esce, di notte, si abbagliano le compagne di camera.

Wow what customer service!! I didn’t stay however, my daughter did and loved her stay! I want to praise Christian and the team after they made my daughters birthday so special! After a simple email to hostel Pisa to ask if they could get a bottle of wine for my daughter, who would be alone in her special day, Christian went out if his way to help make it perfect! They got fizz, a card and cake for her return and went above and beyond and I’m truly grateful!! The customer service alone is reason to stay, knowing your solo travellers are safe and cared for is so important and they genuinely care!! Thank you to a wonderful team!!!!

I loved the nice energy in this hostel. Very nice and helpful staf. My room was with an ensuit. Cheap and clean. Not an party hostel so were able to sleep well in the confortable bed. I had a tower view. Everything is quite close since it a rather small town. The hostel were a good base to make traintrips to Cinque Terre, Firenze, Lucca, Viareggio and many more!😊

The TOP regarding the location: it is really located a stone's throw from Piazza del Duomo and thanks to its location we were able to enjoy the place at less crowded times (on Friday evening we were almost alone). We chose the quadruple solution (double bed and bunk bed) with en-suite bathroom, equipped with everything needed for an overnight stay. The hostel also has a comfortable kitchen for making meals and breakfasts independently. It also has a terrace that we used for a few moments of relaxation and from there we were also able to admire the fireworks that were being set off in the area. Excellent price, given the convenience of the structure.
