Agréable séjour. L’hôte a été flexible pour l’arrivée autonome. Chambre de bonne taille mais il faisait très chaud (difficile de faire fonctionner la climatisation). Légèrement excentré des lieux d’intérêts (25 min à pied de la tour de Pise). Quartier calme, pas de bruits.

The property is very cute and convenient walk to old town. The people went out of there way to be accommodating. Unfortunately, the beds were very uncomfortable. We had a daybed and a double bed. Both seemed to be a matress on slats. The daybed leaned forward. I thought I would fall out. Both were very squeaky and hard. We had a really bad nights sleep. But the place and people were so great, I hate even saying this.

L'arrivée est très simple, tous les détails envoyés par whatsapp et mail.
Francesco est super accueillant et serviable. J'ai eu un problème avec ma voiture et il m'a conduit au garage et aider à me faire comprendre car je ne parle pas italien.
Il est très réactif pour tout
Le logement est propre. L'isolation phonique moyenne mais ca passe
L'hôtel est bien situé avec un supermarché à moins de 200m
