The location is great! I was happy to be able to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa up close, as its appearance changes from daytime to dusk and early morning!
Although the air conditioning was weak, I had no complaints about the other facilities and amenities. The lack of a gargling cup, pajamas, or slippers is standard, so I dealt with it without any problems.
My only complaints are that there are only stairs, so it was difficult to carry my heavy suitcase. The front desk staff seemed a little unfriendly.
Besides that, the location was great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is so close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and there are many restaurants nearby. Highly recommend :)

The location of the hotel is fabulous and the room itself was beautiful. It’s amazing to step outside your room and see the tower right there! Unfortunately I found the staff at check in to be fairly rude and not very helpful; I felt like I was annoying him by checking in. I booked this hotel specifically because it has air conditioning but it didn’t work and since the hotel staff go home in the evening there was nobody to help and we were unable to sleep due to the heat. Even though the location was amazing I probably wouldn’t book here again.

The best thing is the location, right next to the Leaning Tower.
It was inconvenient to check in. I arrived before three o'clock and the door was not open.
There is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs.

What makes this place valuable is to open the window and see the Tower. The location is unbetable, right in the center of everything. You have to climb stairs, the room is big and comfortable for a one night stay.

The view was amazing even in the room that you looked out of sideways to see the tower, which was the main reason we booked this place. Unfortunately however the younger guy in reception was not quite so amazing. When I booked this directly with them they wanted payment on arrival which is fine. However the day before we arrived they cancelled the booking saying my payment failed and it had to be paid 48 he's earlier. I tried ringing them a number of times but they did not answer the phone. We went there in person straight from the airport anyway, and after about 15 minutes of showing him paperwork and emails he accepted I was right and said we were lucky the room was still available. He was miserable and no apology was made to us. This was a treat for my mums 80th birthday so it wasn't a good start. We knew there would be no lift but he didn't even offer to help us up the stairs with our cases. I asked him for help and he looked surprised but did get up and take my mum's case for her. Upon checkout there was an older man on reception and he was very nice, helped us out with our cases, called us a taxi and waited outside with us to make sure it arrived. What a difference from the first man. Anyway, the room was "just ok". As others have previously said if it wasn't for the view, don't bother staying here. Location was good for all the restaurants, shops and historical buildings but so were many other hotels.

Fantastic wee hotel in an amazing location overlooking the leaning tower of Pisa. Rooms fab, very quirky and very friendly helpful staff on reception. Would definitely recommend
