This old hotel kept much of its original charm and atmosphere. The room and bathroom were large. The breakfast has a variety of bread, cakes, juices and fresh fruit. And of course freshly made coffee. The location is close to restaurants and the old city centre and within walking distance to the tower and railway station. I can recommend this place

Simply a gorgeous hotel, I say without embellishment! The location is very convenient from the central station 10 minutes walk, very beautiful rooms, wonderful reception, always ready to help, it's a pity that there are no kettles in the rooms and a refrigerator, otherwise everything is just great! We will come back again!

In 30 years of travelling with accomodation the room and especially the bathroom was shabby . The bathroom was s not fit for purpose .
The foyer was charming whilst retaining its authenticity, the test of the hotel requires major upgrading and repairing . The dining area for breakfast had a large sheet pinned to the ceiling !!! And it appeared to have been there a while .
The bedroom picture images in no way reflected the actual room we were allocated
