Excellent stay in this hotel: very helpful staff. Perfect location. Breakfast is a little lacking in fresh produce: fresh orange juice, vegetables, eggs.

A decor that puts you in the mood of Italy: hall, bedroom, restaurant… we are in another world! a super enjoyable holiday spirit!
Spacious and comfortable room with a practical and pleasant bathroom!
Varied breakfast with quality products (apart from industrial orange juice, etc.) in a superb room!
The welcome from the staff is great: they make the effort to speak French, give advice and even served us a coffee one evening (lazy to go out in the rain)
We recommend and we will return!

Meh - not sure why this hotel was rated so highly. It’s fairly basic, location is good and handy for the tower, eating and shopping.
The bedroom was functional, though showers were good.
Wifi was poor, kept cutting out (I wasn’t streaming videos).
I made a mistake and booked a single instead of a double but I paid an extra €20 for the extra person.
Had to ask for extra towels and pillows as there was only one of each. The bathroom had no toiletries so had to ask for shampoo too.

A pretty basic hotel but close to the airport which is what we were looking for. We were originally allocated what must have been the worst room in the hotel! We would not have stayed there if that was the only room - 101 - but then miraculously they found an alternative. Very basic but clean and looked like it had been recently refurbished. The breakfast was very, very basic. Just be aware that the rooms in the pictures are not necessarily what you will get. As we booked direct with the hotel was a bit disappointing!

None of the rooms have safes. There is no kettle/tea/coffee in the rooms. The shower doors were covered in mould, which we showed to reception. When it is dark neither the emergency stairs or the landings have lights on all the time. When I raised this point with reception, I was told that I have to go round switching the lights on myself in an emergency. I have stayed in Hotels all over the world and never seen this before. This isn't even pointed out to you on arrival, or in your room. I cannot believe that a stranger in a new hotel has to do this. If this legal in Italy - I am amazed, because it isn't legal in any country where I have stayed before. In U.K. I live in a building of just 5 flats but the lights have to be on, on the stairs in all hours of darkness!!

The hotel is small but in a perfect location in the centre of Pisa. The hotel is very clean and the beds are really comfortable. The staff are really helpful and speak good English. The breakfast is fresh (continental only) with a good selection of items. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 rating was because there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room (had I read the room information properly I would have known that!!) but I think the hotel should consider this as this has been mentioned before! Also, there are not enough sockets in the room to charge phones/ipads - these should be available by the bedside tables (USB plug point would be great) Otherwise, our stay here was lovely and we would recommend the hotel and should we visit Pisa again, we would happily stay here again.
