Positive points: Convenient because not far from the airport (about 25 min walk), same distance to get to the Tower of Pisa. Quite a few shops, restaurants and snacks in the area. Friendly staff.
Negative points: When we arrived in the evening around 7:30 p.m., the door was closed and after ringing about ten times, no one to open the door for us. No one inside. We finally called the number displayed on the door to be given the entry code and the room number where the key was waiting for us. You had to know that!
Breakfast not very varied.
But above all, no air conditioning in my room, a real oven.
Good for one night when arriving or departing....

The location is optimal, next to the train station and opposite the Keith Haring mural. In a pleasant walk along a pedestrian shopping street, you can reach the center of Pisa in 10 minutes. The room is the smallest I've ever been in, literally the bed and the right step to get through, but the bathroom was renovated and everything was clean. Convenient location but not that clean
The hotel was very conveniently located by the train station and the amenities were good. There is no lift which could be a bit of a struggle for some guests. The bedroom was fine with everything we needed, but the shower was not clean. It had a clogged drain and the tiles were very stained around the lower half. The shower pressure dropped very low if you wanted hot water. The walls are also a little thin but luckily our neighbours stopped watching TV at a reasonable time.

Fine hotel but a little overpriced
It is located very close to the train station for convenience, as we were train-hopping touring Italy. The room is OK with basics, clean and comfortable. It is within walking distance to the leaning tower. The cost is a little overpriced though.
