The location, the building and the staff - 5/5 points! They gave us a room with a window looking into a blank wall =((( You can consider it a room without a window. =((( At night and in the morning someone was constantly jumping loudly on the floor above us - because of this we had a hard time sleeping. The pillow was not comfortable, the blanket was hot. And for some reason the clothes dryer was turned off at night, because of this my clothes that were hanging on it did not dry. Otherwise we liked it.

The hotel is in a good location, only a ten-minute walk from the train station. Well, these two receptionists were polite people. And breakfast is all right. However, place could be more elite for four stars because it's associative with two by facility and just showerhead in bathroom. I also wasn't glad to see a black long hair under bed's sheet.
