The service attitude of the hotel is very good. The rooms are clean and well-organized. If you want breakfast, it only costs +10 euros, and the breakfast is excellent. The front desk is very welcoming and you can store your luggage for free.

The room assigned did not correspond to the one booked. I had booked a quadruple room with a double bed (and there was) + 2 separate beds: instead of the 2 separate beds there was a double sofa bed. I was told that it was the Trip.com website that had given the wrong information and that the room could therefore not be changed. Furthermore, we were not given any discount on the fact that one of us, having fallen ill shortly before leaving, was unable to be there. In any case it is something at the discretion and humanity of the hotel.
The towels were for 2 people, not for 3. The room was in an internal position with a horrible view of the car park behind the hotel, but for one night we didn't notice.
The general cleanliness of the room was excellent but the curtains, applied over other curtains in a pile of fabrics, were grey, worn, wrinkled and dirty, in short, for being in a 4 star hotel they were of poor cleanliness and quality in my opinion.

Spent a night in this hotel - lovely and good value for money, it is a 4 star hotel. The room was spacious, shower was great. Generous with products in the bathroom. Free water in the fridge was a bonus. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice - eggs, bacon, sandwiches, selection of bread and place to grill/toast it, croissants and a pump to fill them with Nutella etc, selection of cakes, coffee (alternative milk available - soya, oat) juice, water 😊. Nice restaraunt nearby and not very far from leaning tower - I walked for around 30 mins. I had a great experience and would return to thus hotel if I go back to Pisa!

La cosa che per prima mi sento di specificare è la cordialità e simpatia del personale. Dai ragazzi alla reception, ai camerieri (nel nostro caso Marco, attentissimo e molto gentile), allo “zio”, ovvero il cuoco, tutti si sono distinti per gentilezza e ci hanno fatti sentire veramente i benvenuti. Cosa di non poco conto in un albergo. La struttura è ben posizionata rispetto al centro, vicinissima ad una fermata del bus e dotata di parcheggio. Qualche attenzione in più nelle camere (sia nella pulizia che nella manutenzione), lo renderebbe veramente perfetto. Le stanze sono molto ampie, peccato per qualche malfunzionamento e la pulizia in alcuni punti un pochino approssimativa. Ripeto comunque che la gentilezza del personale ci ha fatto “sorvolare” su determinate disattenzioni e ci ha fatto davvero sentire a casa.

Très bon hôtel
Très bon accueil, personnel à votre écoute et souriant du petit déjeuner au diner.
Chambres spacieuses et extrêmement propres.
Pensez à demander une chambre côté cour, moins "bruyantes" que celles côté route.
Et surtout, un excellent tiramisu :)
