首先這個方便環境不錯！也是比薩斜塔觀景位酒店，出門就是斜塔
但是！非常不靠譜
第一天我們到達後被困電梯15分鐘，出不去，電梯門打不開，按鈕也都是黑的，也很難聯繫到人，工作人員在來了之後教我們如何強制開啟，如果你聽不懂英語或者意大利語作為一個外國人真的會崩潰！按了強制按鈕後，等全部滅掉還會下墜！出電梯後第一反應就是噁心想吐
第二天更搞笑了，我們提前一天跟酒店前台説讓他們第二天幫我們定taxi，送我們車站！酒店説不用定，當天早上提起5分鐘説就好，結果第二天我們以前15分鐘就來了，結果快半個小時了都叫不到，直接導致我們火車沒趕上，損失100多歐的票錢

乾淨衞生，配套齊全，周圍都有餐館，出門就是比薩斜塔。前台熱情，退房時間11點，還可以，而且是剛裝修的，在意大利住的最有性價比就是這裏了，小吧冰箱有水和可樂送

Excellent hotel. Newly furnished. Spotless clean. Very modern interior. It’s a little small but quaint. Excellent and very helpful reception especially Paolo. Very central location. All services were top notch. Highly recommended..
