The location is good, and you can indeed see the leaning tower from the balcony. The breakfast looks quite varied, but the quality is really not high. There was a plate of fruit that no one touched, and I picked up a fruit with my hand, and found that the lower half was all moldy.

Recommended! Lovely room with terrace. Delicious breakfast on charming roof terrace with view. Friendly staff whit exceptional service. Great place with a perfect location in a safe area in Pisa. Few steps from the tower and everything else.

siamo stati due giorni, un soggiorno perfetto. Ho apprezzato tanto la colazione a buffet ( nonostante il b&b abbia poche camere per sua natura ) era abbondante sia nel dolce che nel salato. Le camere molto spaziose e pulite, con il balcone che punta il sole al mattino è stato un piacere affacciarsi e stare un po' sulla sdraio.

I stayed at B&B 7 rooms for 1 night to celebrate my birthday in Pisa! We had a quadruple room with a terrace for myself, my husband and our daughter. The room was huge and spotlessly clean. The bottles of water, tea and coffee making facilities, and biscuits were a lovely touch. The bathroom was also spotless with a large shower and plenty of towels. The breakfast was lovely....no hot options, but the continental offerings were plentiful and of good quality. The B&B was literally a 5 minute walk from the Tower, and about 20 minutes from the train station so really well positioned. We had a fabulous stay and would definitely return!
