Potenziale sprecato! Bellissima struttura ma il vero lusso è un'altra cosa! l'accesso alla spa aperto ai bambini la rende anziché Un posto magico un luogo di schiamazzi e confusione! i servizi in sala sono gestiti in modo altezzoso, poco cortese ed anche poco efficiente (tempo d'attesa di 15 minuti per un cappuccino). Molto delusa, non vale assolutamente la spesa, il vero lusso lo conosco ed è un'altra cosa.

Lefay è proprio un angolo di paradiso per chi desidera rigenerare corpo e anima. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno impeccabile, dal check in al check out la competenza, professionalità, gentilezza e attenzione del personale è stata impeccabile. Il ristorante completa l’esperienza per una coccola anche del palato. Sublime.

Struttura molto nuova e di grande impatto , personale cordiale anche se non sempre in numero adeguato alla dimensione della struttura e al livello di servizio che ci si aspetta da una realtà del genere. Camere moderne con uno stile scandinavo molto minimal terribile il caminetto finto … Sala colazione molto grande , anche in questo caso il personale era in numero non adeguato per rendere un servizio veloce ed attento senza contare che il servizio al tavolo comprendeva solo le bevande calde …. la varietà della colazione era ottima anche se non ho visto particolare attenzione alle preparazioni ad esempio lo speck era tagliato lasciando la cotenna le uova fredde così come altri dolci tipicamente da servire caldi ! Veniamo ad uno dei motivi che ci aveva portato a scegliere questa struttura la spa , molto varia e sicuramente ben assortita ma inadeguata al numero degli ospiti !! è stato impossibile rilassarsi per via del continuo ingresso di persone Bellissima invece la piscina interna ed esterna Complessivamente non ritengo la mia esperienza all’altezza dell’ aspettative e soprattutto del prezzo elevato del soggiorno

Beautiful Resort. Breath taking scenery. We stayed for my birthday. Booked via Amex Platinum. We got upgraded on checkin. The architecture is a work of art. Our room was absolutely enormous and beautifully decorated with an hint of opulence. It had its own sauna room and a massive jet bath. The view from the room with its enormous terrace was spectacular. As a birthday gift they had Fizzy on ice on arrival in the room. They also brought some beautiful little gifts. The spa is enormous. We tried the Turkish couples massage ♂️ ♂️. It was very good. Unfortunately the Michelin star restaurant was not open. Breakfast had several choices. Loved the raw juice maker. You can also easily walk to other restaurants in the locality. We did day trips to Pinzolo and Molveno to see the lake and the grand Dolomites. I loved the gym also and nobody was in it.

We would like to commend the beautiful rooms and the exceptional spa resort, both of which left a lasting impression on us. Additionally, we greatly appreciated the excellent ski room service and the convenient shuttle to the slopes – truly a great experience. We would love to return to your hotel in the future, as we had an overall wonderful stay.
