Excellent stay in Pingyao at a wonderful hotel. Beautiful building perfectly located in the Ancient City -- close to the main streets, but much quieter. The staff were extremely helpful and provided pickup and drop off at the Pingyao Gucheng high-speed train station. The room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was great and had both Chinese and Western options. Definitely will return here for my next visit to Pingyao.

From the electric tricycles that helped transport our luggage to the welcome fruit upon check-in and the small gift upon check-out, every detail felt truly thoughtful. The convenient location, easy parking, clean and comfortable rooms, and even the restaurant recommendations were spotless and satisfying! This experience truly deserves a five-star recommendation!

The hospitality of the guesthouse service crew amazed me! The boss sent me to and fro from the railway station. I had an early train ride to catch, the dedicated boss went the extra mile to pack breakfast for me. I was gifted with a goodie bag filled with their local delicacies. It was a pleasant surprise to receive a red packet inside the goodie bag. The location is ideal; intersection to the main touristy streets. I stayed in the tatami room, it was comfortable and I had a good sleep. I would recommend anyone heading to pingyao to choose this guesthouse!
