入住體驗非常好，美女管家娟兒考慮非常周到，安排了接送，免費升級了房型，特別是滿足了我們在帶小孩出行中遇到的好多難題，在此不能一一列舉，一定還會再次入住的。

隔馬路兩個不同的宅院，一個是有名的舊宅，一個是很普通且配置不咋樣的普通宅，對攜程上訂的套餐通兑全程無服務且給很偏的房間，室內連陶瓷加熱水壺裡都綉跡眾多，首次在平台上給不滿意的評價。

非常喜歡這家店的老房子氛圍，喜歡懷舊掛的可以沖沖沖了！在這裏要特別感謝帥哥老闆，我和老公臨時改了行程，本預訂兩晚的房費，老闆二話沒説就給我們退了一晚，還貼心的幫叫個代步車把我們送到城門口，為我們趕車節省了時間，真叫人感動，特別暖心！！！贊贊贊👍🏻

來到平遙古城，再次選擇入住雲錦成，這是一個三百年歷史的晉商大院，有着濃厚的文化底藴，位置也非常好，去各個景點比較方便。院落整潔，房間乾淨舒適，酒店的一醋一面味道也很棒，管家娟兒的服務特別周到細緻，很有家的感覺，如果有機會再到古城，依然會選擇雲錦成。

Having stayed in so many hotels, this one really amazed me! As soon as I stepped into the hotel lobby, the warm yellow light and the elegant decoration style complement each other. The front desk staff handled the check-in enthusiastically and quickly, and also introduced the surrounding food intimately, which made me feel very good. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is soft and comfortable, the bedding is skin-friendly, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are complete, which are gentle and non-irritating to use. The room is also equipped with smart devices, which are very convenient to adjust the light and temperature. The hotel's breakfast is rich and varied, with all kinds of Chinese and Western meals, and the aroma is overflowing. The hot and freshly cooked noodles taste good. The location is excellent, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and the attractions and restaurants are very close. This stay experience is great, and I will choose this hotel next time I travel!
