1. 服務意識淡薄。拒絕客房服務，我需要兩個衣架，打總枱電話第一次沒人接，第二次響鈴若干聲後接通，我表達需求後總枱回覆“沒有，客房服務人員不在，得明天了，不好意思”，由於我衹住一天且當晚需要衣架，此需求沒有得到解決且酒店未主動提供解決方案。
2. 衞生狀況一般。床單不是很乾凈，有小毛毛和小點，還有一片起球的地方；洗手池邊緣有明顯污垢，顯然長期未清潔。
3. 設施陳舊。房門鎖是壞的，屋內無法反鎖；衞生間門口牆角已起皮；床頭損壞嚴重，佈滿密集的小坑。
4. 沐浴體驗不佳。淋浴時，出水熱一下涼一下很不穩定，甚至連頂噴都沒有，衹有一個花灑且無法調節高度。
綜上，這是我住過最差的全季酒店，像是貼牌的，如果這是一家縣城普通酒店我能夠接受，但全季弄成這樣實屬砸自己牌子！

房間設施簡單，整個樓體比較陳舊，裝修也比較陳舊，但是房間還算乾淨衞生，床品整潔，服務態度很好的！早餐也很不錯了！停車方便安全！在平遙古城來説已經算是很好了！推薦！

條件很好，位置也很好，房間內除了面積不大，其他都沒毛病，春節錯峯出行，性價比極高，在平遙玩的很開心，可惜就是節前廚師不在，沒早飯。
